    Hello!

    Yesterday I tried to update the firmware of my Voicelive Play using VoiceSupport2 but halfway through the process it failed. Now the device won't boot, the screen is blue and nothing else is showing.

    The first thing I've tried is to use VoiceSupport again to update the firmware again. But I always get the message "VoiceLive is being used by another application." I have tried on several computers, 2 PCs and a Mac but the message is always the same. I have also tried booting windows in safe mode but no luck.

    The next thing I did was search the forums and found that some people had flashed the firmware using MIDI-OX instead of the application provided by TC-HELICON. I verified that VoiceSupport2 had downloaded the following files to windows AppData:
    VoiceLive Play 1.3.00 Build65.syx
    VoiceLive Play 1.4.00 Build70.syx
    So I tried to copy them with MIDI-OX. During the progress, the VoiceLive seems to do something because all the lights are flashing, but when the unit is finished it's still the same, with the blue screen.

    Please can someone help me? I want my Voicelive back :(

    Just received my VoiceLive 2. Lovin it so far, but can't find how to get into the Looper. A couple videos I have seen show "VL2LOOP" on the screen, but I cxan't seem to find it. I have gone through all of the presets and it's not there! I obvioulsy must be doing something wrong..... any help would be really appreciated! Thanks!

    Can someone please shed some light on using an expression pedal alongside a switch 6 on the Voicelive 3?

    I have an expression pedal that does work but not when the switch 6 is plugged in.

    I get an error message about low impedance volume pedal cannot be used with the switch 6.

        ES335Rob Yes I saw that link but it would not open on my ipad. I searched again for it om my computer but could not find it. Three more questions if you wouldn't mind. High impedance pedal means 10k? Will any 10K pedal work? Will I get a full range sweep and not just a small portion of the sweep as I have seen others comment? Thanks for the replies

        kiskadar69 I don't know, I'm just a TC-Helicon user and I've never had VoiceLive 3. Here is the full text:

        "Question: When I connect my expression pedal and a Switch-6, I get an impedance error. My expression pedal was working fine before. What do I do?
        Answer: Do this:
        1. Unplug all pedals/footswitches.
        2. Plug the expression pedal* into the expression pedal port and calibrate it.
        3. Unplug the expression pedal.
        4. Select the desired function of the footswitch input (Expression / Switch-3 / Switch-6).
        5. Plug in the footswitch input.
        6. Calibrate it if its an expression pedal.
        7. Finally plug in the expression pedal input and it should be good to go!
        *Please note that if you're using a Switch-3 or Switch-6, you will be limited to using a "high impedance" expression pedal. This is because the microcontroller on VL3 has only one pin to tell it if you're using low or high impedance devices, meaning you cannot mix and match high and low impedance controllers.     Hello

    I use a voicelive3 extreme with a switch-6 footswitch. In the VL3X, in the Setup/footswitch menu, I have assigned fonctions to the switch-6 and the mode (latched/momentary), which means that the mode with the footswitch buttons are configured for all the preset, which is not always convenient.

    For example, on my VL3X, I have some presets with Harmony set in latched mode and some preset with Harmony set in momentary mode. But if I setup a switch of my switch-6 to harmony/latched, it behaves in latched mode even if the selected preset has harmony in momentary mode. I could assign a harmony/momentary on another switch of the footswitch, but it's not that convenient in concert, so a 3rd mode for the footswitch would be quite convenient.

    Can you please consider my request in a future firmware update?

    Hello

    A question about voicelive3 extreme: when i perform a backup using voicesupport 2, where is the backup stored? In the cloud? On the voicelive3 extreme? If i perform a factory reset of the voicelive3, are the backups removed?

      PedroRodrigues Hi jeromewuzz, thank you for your post, when you perform a backup using VoiceSupport 2, the backup will be stored locally on the VOICESUPPORT 2 but you also have presets packs that are stored on the VOICESUPPORT 2 cloud. When you perform a factory reset on your VOICELIVE 3 EXTREME you must stored your presets on VOICESUPPORT 2 otherwise you will loose them when performing the factory reset. I hope this helps.     I'm from Spain and I'm user of a voiceplay touch 2 sice 4 years, always very happy with all his options. Since the last week, when I plug in the machine, it doesn't turn on. It has always done it automatically and now it doesn't react. What can I do?
