The removable front grills have speaker openings that are strung with cording. Unfortunately I had a mishap that caused the cords to stretch out and they are no longer straight. Does anyone have any recommendation of how to take apart to fix? I removed the screws around the speaker openinf but cannot see a way to separate the grill.
When I plug it into the wall and turn on the power, it makes a clicking noise. I'm not sure what I should do. I've been through a lot of trobleshooting steps thus far, but nothing has seemed to help.
Hello Miles, welcome to the community.
I suggest that you raise a Care ticket for Service Repair explaining your problem. This is done by clicking on Support at the top of the page and then clicking the Create a Care Ticket button. This is only possible if you have completed all the required fields in your profile. Make sure that you fill-in every required field on the Care form.
I have done that, thanks. Do you know if there is a working phone number in the US for behringer as well. I can't seem to reach the number I already have 7028008290
I just received my UltraVoice XM8500 and it seems like it maybe missing some parts but if not I dont know how to connect it!
I dont know how to connect please help it looks as if pieces might be missing
Can someone help me figure out how to connect my turntable to my Behringer XR18 amplifier/Mixer?
Hi, I keep trying to raise a support ticket for my mixer but can't get anywhere... the DX626 isn't listed as an option, plus even when I choose a different mode I can't submit the ticket: I just get a constant 'loading' symbol.
One of the phono ports on the mixer has died, meaning I get no sound from that speaker. Mixer is well within its warranty but I can't get through to customer service!
Can anyone help?
20191106_200151.jpgI'm trying to create a repair request for a Tannoy HTS101XP, but every time I submit the form it says "encountered an error. Please try again". I've tried three times, so, urm, that doesn't work. What do I do now?

It appears that you have not entered all the required information on the Care form. Every field with an asterisk (*) must be fllled-in. Complete the form and try again. If it still doesn't work we can put you in touch with someone who can help.
Bought this speaker on line thru Guitar Center. Scratch and dent. Can't find receipt. GC was no help. Amplifier quit working. Where should I send ? Just the amp or complete speaker. Will it be backed by warranty?
If you registered your speakers, seems it would be covered. Maybe not for the full 10 years being dent and scratch but it is possible. Either way, you need to create a CARE ticket. While signed in, click the "Support" tab up top of this page and follow the directions.
Hi Chris, welcome to the community.
They look like the glue spots that hold the connections between the voice-coil and the flexible leads on the back of the cone. They are present on most loudspeaker cones but are sometimes hidden by dust covers.
Thanks for the reply Rex. And I apologize for no formal intro to the community. Yes I thought that was the area where wires from voice-coil connect. Those spots were not visible before. When I turn Amps on those areas are warm and pliable as though melting, like a short or something!!?

Voice-coils do get warm when producing sound. If they get warm with the amps on but no music playing, I would worry about the amps. A short in a voice-coil would severely reduce the output - and is unlikely in two drivers. High-frequency oscillation in the amps could cause excessive heat in voice-coils.
However, it is frustrating when you are trying to get into Netgear router login page and it shows the error- routerlogin.net not working. This happens due to technical liabilities that can be fixed by trying the following steps:
I have a 5.1.4 system with Tannoy XT8F (FL/FR), Tannoy Decision 6T SE (SL/SR), 4x Tannoy XT6 as heights and an arendal sub2.
The center is a way too small center - it might be useful in small rooms with small sized bookshelf speakers, but absolutely undersized with the XT8F speakers. So i am looking for something that sounds good in combination with the Tannoy XT8F. Can anyone recommend something?
