    Where can i relocate the Top columns for the turbosound ip 3000 for purchase  thanks

      AlexLane Hi there, you cannot purchase just the top columns for the iP3000 without the base. Unless it's part of a service request where they need replacing.

      If the columns are broken and you need new ones, contact our parts or service team and provide details please.

      I am interested to know more about this request, why do you need just the columns?

    I am browsing through Turbosound catalogue looking for true 3-way speaker (i.e. 1" + 6.5" + 15"). Does Turbosound offer product that would compete with i.e. PRX 635 or ETX-35P?

    I sent back a Samson VX8.1 line array pa unit that was not working properly and decided instead to buy a Turbosound IP1000 which I rec'd 10/12/2019.  I only ran the IP1000 a few hours to practice on my Roland RD-2000. The rear metal plate where inputs plug in, gets almost too hot to touch.  Should I be concerned about internal heat build up as I don't see a visible cooling fan nor any air vent ports.  On the Samson VX8.1 I returned, plus many other models I've researched, do have a visible cooling fan and or air venting with some having possible non-visible internal fans. On this blog somewhere, I read someone was asking IF there was an effective way to retrofit a cooling fan solution for their speaker.  I do "know" that excessive heat does in fact break down electronics over time.  IS there any internal fan or any air porting/venting in any of the Turbosound Inspire IP1000 thru IP3000 models? I like the sound I'm hearing, I'm also thinking about pa system longevity too.

      morelos1964 Having issues with mine , they get so hot the solder has melted and it takes quite some heat to melt solder.

    I have a Turbosound ip 1000 that has been carefully used, never beatup or pushed to a clipping point. 
    Recently, I've got a hissing, static noise from it and I can completely turn the volume down to MUTE and the hissing persists. At full volume the hissing is about the same. 
    I've hit the terminals with electronics cleaner to no good result. 
    This unit has no firmware or capacity for it. No USB input, so it's not firmware.

      Paul_Vannatto When no inputs are connected to the speakers, do you still get the same hiss? if so, there is probably a hardware issue, which means that you should click on the Support (above), fill in a repair form and submit to create a ticket. If the hiss goes away (when no inputs), first replace the cables between the ip1000 and mixer. If that doesn't resolve it, have a look at the mixer to find the hiss source.

    i try to update tbv123-an from version 1.10 to 2.2 and its fails to update.

    they start update but when they finish, dsp still waiting for update.

    normally after the update, they must reboot but they dont do it.

    i think update its wrong for this model.

    i download the update 2.2 from the official page.

    i am waiting for a feedback.

      does this issue affect multiple units in your inventory? Are you able to use the speakers afterwards or do they consistently boot up in update mode?
