    Where can i relocate the Top columns for the turbosound ip 3000 for purchase  thanks

      AlexLane Hi there, you cannot purchase just the top columns for the iP3000 without the base. Unless it's part of a service request where they need replacing.

      If the columns are broken and you need new ones, contact our parts or service team and provide details please.

      I am interested to know more about this request, why do you need just the columns?

    I am browsing through Turbosound catalogue looking for true 3-way speaker (i.e. 1" + 6.5" + 15"). Does Turbosound offer product that would compete with i.e. PRX 635 or ETX-35P?

    How can I Talk to the  2 speakers on my pc can I use a  USB Switch

      Paul_Vannatto By "talk to", are you referring to changing the DSP settings using Turbosound Editor via USB, or are you wanting to send audio to the speakers? If it is the former, a USB hub will not work. You have to connect the PC directly to each of the speakers (one at a time). I find it just as easy to make any DSP changes (delays, etc.) using the speaker's interface.

      If you are wanting to send audio to the iQ speakers, you need to send the audio to either the XLR-F jack (analog) or the Ultranet jack (digital).

      Thank You Paul Try to talk to the speaker through Cat5 through the Network so I don't have to run USB But I will run USB wire

      Paul_Vannatto The ethernet jack in the iQ speakers is Ultranet (a proprietary protocol of Music Tribe), not standard ethernet that you can use in a network.

    And used a a PC with Windows 11 OS...but the PC just refuses to run the app properly ...giving the following error: No TS device with active USB uploader found. 

    I am running the app in administration mode and have pressed setup when booting up the IQ18B. (So it is waiting for the firmware to be sent) 

    Any hints?

      Angr77 I finally managed to update my speakers firmware - 2x IQ15 and 4x IQ18B using an old Windows 7 based notebook. One important thing when updating is to run in a CMD window with administration rights.

        JeffRusin That would be music group slacking on keeping anything updated so you can update, music tribe is the worst it’s ever been right now and they do not care
