Our teams are working on resolving this issue but at this time all we can do is apologize and ask for your patience.       ChrisEdwards1 Hi thepresp, it appears most of our systems are now back online and the spares team have been able to start processing cases again, they do have a backlog so it may still be a few days before you receive a response, however, the will endeavor to reach out as soon as possible.

      At the top of this page, click Support then scroll down the new page and select Parts. Make sure that you enter all required (*) data before clicking Submit. The Care team will respond by email.

    Hello, I'm looking for any advice regarding cabinets for a pair of 1978 Tannoy dual concentric 15” speakers. Hoping to house them in 300L cabinets. Thanks in advance.

    I still have my old Tannoy SRM-12B and they still sound better than most anything on the market. I have one speaker making a rubbing sound audible only at low level listening. I am wondering if there are still replacement parts for these speakers.

    I opened a case for this a week ago and have not had a response yet.  Case Number CAS-481169-Q0Z6F0

    This is the most obtuse system I have ever dealt with for customer service. 

    Looking for a replacement woofer #2505 or a recone kit for same.

    Any help is appreciated.

    A couple of months ago I was given those beauties ?

    Unfortunately, it looks like the top speakers need to be fixed. I also have no idea how to connect them to my sound system or TV. 

    Could anyone guide me, please?

      WilliamR thank you very much for your messages. I've just watched your video. It's very helpful and it seems to be pretty easy to fix. I will try tonight. Could you also recommend some "receivers", cables and.. whatever else is needed for those speakers to work, please? I'm so sorry I'm a complete Dummy in this area. And.. FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I will have professional speakers, so I don't want to make mistakes. But Im so excited ?
