    Hello, I have purchased a behringer Europort mpa100BT. Something's cracked inside, I can't connect via usb. Can I fix this somehow?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Pavlo, please note if you are trying to connect the speaker to a laptop this will not work as the USB is for use only with a wireless receiver dongle.

      With regards to the crackle is this noise appearing when playing music via both inputs and even streaming over MP3? If so I would recommend you submit a service request ticket by going to support at the top of the page and scrolling down to the required section.

      Pavlo Hi)connected via bluetooth from various devices, does not work. The bluetooth button does not light up. I'm just in Africa and it's problematic for me to apply for a service. Please tell me, I can buy all the bluetooth board to replace it and how much will it cost

    My Europort won't turn on. Tried replacing fuse but still nothing. Need to know where to take it for service.

    Does anyone know how to upgrade the firmware on my MPA 200BT with IOS or Mac?

      Unfortunately I dont have access to the MPA at the moment as we are all working from Home still, but I Don't think it is possible from an Apple device.
      You could try sending the FW file to the speaker via Airdrop however I do not think this will work.
      Your best option would be to try and get your hands on an android device to perform the update.

    Beste,

    Ik ben door baxmusic doorverwezen naar deze site, het juiste verloop om jullie te contacteren heb ik meermaals nagevraagd bij hun maar niet gekregen. Bij deze hoop ik dat mijn vraag die ik hier stel gelezen wordt.

    ik heb op 21/06/2020 een behringer aangekocht bij Bax en heb deze 3x kunnen gebruiken en de 4de maal kwam er enkel gerommel uit de box, bij deze was hij al defect op 21/07/2020 en heb ik pas 25/08 contact kunnen opnemen bij bax, dewelke dus niet meer kunnen doen dan mij doorverwijzen naar deze site en hoop ik op deze weg op een reactie dat zal leiden tot een werkende luidspreker.

    Gelieve in bijlage de ordernummer terug te willen vinden.

    Zou u mij kunnen helpen met de herstelling van deze luidspreker aub?
