ChrisEdwards1 Hi Pavithran, if you have not yet done so I would recommend submitting a parts request. This can be done by going to support at the top of the page and scrolling down to Parts.

How do you change the fuse in a Behringer 115d speaker?

RexBeckett Hi Jason, the fuse on a B115D is located just above the power connector. Prise out the plastic carrier to reveal the fuse. Replace the fuse with one of the same rating. If it blows again, I suggest that you open a Care ticket for Service.

the1musicschool That's the issue, how do you price out the plastic carrier to reveal the fuse?

      • How do you change the fuse in a Behringer 115d speaker?
RexBeckett Usually it is straightforward: Remove the power cable from the connector and use a small, flat-bladed screwdriver to lever out the carrier. I hope you got it sorted-out in time for your show.

Hi all, any help greatly appreciated. My active wedges have developed a fault.......they both emit a loud squeal / hiss / crackle whenever I plug any XLR into them. Anyone come across this? As above, annoyingly I can't open a care ticket. They were bought directly from Turbosound when they were in Partridge Green, UK. https://www.fullcompass.com/common/files/17445-TXP121UserManual.pdf Adam

Nigel67 Hi TT23, if you could put in a support ticket, put another model name in, but in the Subject and Description just highlight the actual speakers you are describing and a colleague will pick the case up and answer you.

TT23 Thanks Nigel, as I'm then prompted to add the serial number I suspected the ticket wouldn't go thru but will try. Fingers crossed

I opened a case on a Beheringer amp in 2018 and nobody ever got back to me.

I opened a ticket on Oct 5 this month regarding the tweeter on a Turbosound monitor and nobody has contacted me either. Is there a customer service number to call?

Any help would be really appreciated.

    THanks,

Based in the UK, I am trying to obtain a turbosound tfx122m-an powered stage monitor. Everywhere is out of stock! As this is a relatively new product, i presume this is due to manufacturing/supply issues relating to CV-19. Does anyone have an update on when these will be available again? Thanks in advance

Dale_M Hi there can I suggest you email this question through to us as a Presales support ticket from the above tab? the Presales team are not on community. Also buying from Italy would mean your warranty would be with the Italian seller not here in the UK so this can be costly if you have a problem. I hope this helps.

I have bought a Behringer feed back destroyer FBQ1000. I have a Yamaha MG16XU mixing deck with electro voice ELX115P powered speakers . when i connect the FBQ1000 to the FOH speakers, I can hear a hissing sound like the FBQ1000 has introduced gain into the circuit. when i remove the FBQ1000 and connect the speaker directly to the mixing deck the hissing goes away. is the FBQ1000 working correctly or is there something i can do to remove the hiss ?

PedroRodrigues Hi Phil if you try to use the FBQ 1000 between the outputs of your mixer and inputs of you active speakers with "stock" settings, you will not get good results. The FBQ just doesn't know what to do with the signal. If your mixer has channel inserts, many of our desks have these on the Mic input channels, use an TRS 1/4" Y to 2-Tip Sleeve 1/4" plugs insert cable on the microphone channel only using just one channel of the FBQ 1000.
If your mixer does not have inserts, don't play any music while setting up the FBQ 1000 between your mixer outs and speaker inputs. In this case, be certain both channels of the FBQ1000 are set with the same values. In any situation, please be certain the filters have been reset before you start.
Set up the FBQ so that only 4 or 6 filters are in the Single Shot mode. Using you microphone please bring up the microphone level and softly let you system feedback until the Single Shot filter have all been used. Make sure that all the other filters are turn off. This is will be the maximum signal level you will be able to have on your microphone without feedbacking without touching the rest of your signal.
More filters being used normally generates too much of everything and the signal will eventually be filtered out.

Only in the situation of using a channel insert and the FBQ 1000 is only processing the microphone signal, you can add two roaming filters to search for changing microphone feedback.
Please be aware that if the microphone is on all the time the FBQ 1000 can also interpret any intersustained tones in the signal has feedback and the unit will process it to get rid of the all signal

The FBQ1000 can work well in a Live situation, but the stock" settings just do too much. Changing the setting to limit the constant searching for feedback controls the FBQ 1000 and feedback. If you find that some feedback frequencies always show up at your gigs, the FBQ 1000 can be used as a parametric EQ and you can "permanently" lock those frequencies down.

      .

PJWHEELER Thanks pedro . I will try your suggestion . I have another question: my mixing deck only has channel group out . Is there a way of using those to add the FBQ to the mic channel only ?

Hello. I have an Xair 12 and would like to use passive stage monitors to eliminate a few cables on the floor. What would be the best way to do this?

Sault8487 I am using a Crown XLi 800 amp to power my main L and R passive speakers. Could I use an additional crown amp to power the Aux 1 and 2 for the stage monitors?

KyleJohnson Hello, Kyle here with Music Tribe. You would need to use an additional amplifier. Depending on the model (And power ratings) of Passive monitors you use, you could look at the Behringer NX1000, NX3000 or NX6000 to power them.

    • Sault8487
RexBeckett Hello Sault8487, if you want to use passive stage monitors then you will need power amps to drive them. The Aux outputs on an XR12 should be suitable for feeding most power amps. The Crown XLi 800 may be suitable if it matches the power rating and impedance of your speakers.
