    Hi guys, (Australia)

    I bought a class set (HPM1000-BK) recently for school - and they are disintegrating before we have had much time using them! Please see photo. Is this normal? They have only been used a dozen times - students are watched carefully when using them, and they are stored very well when not in use. 
    Would appreciate a reply. We don’t have lots of money in our budget as we are a small school, so very disappointed this is happening.

      Nigel67 Hi JessBeattie1788. I am sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with the new headphones. This is definitely not correct that they should be falling apart straight away. If they are under 30 days old, please contact the shop that you purchased them from and ask for a DOA replacement. If they are over 30 days, but still within warranty, the shop will repair them under warranty. I am going to send you a ticket so that I can raise a QA form with the RCA Department to investigate further and make sure that there is not an inherent fault with them.     Are replacement ear pads available for the bh 470 headphones? Or does anyone know of any that will fit?

    Hi all,

    I'm relatively new to this and have recently bought some HLC660M headphones for use at home through my laptop and on an X32. This may just be my laptop, but it doesn't seem to be receiving a signal from the microphone, but I can hear through the headphones. These headphones have a 3.5mm Male as well as an XLR Male, I'm assuming for the microphone. Unfortunately due to lockdown etc. I haven't been able to try them on the mixer, but can anyone tell me if they do output the mic through the 3.5mm Jack?

      Paul_Vannatto The 3.5mm (with the 6.5mm adapter) plug is only a stereo TRS, meaning it will only provide for the left and right of the headphones only, not the mic (XLR is for the mic).

    I've tried on numerous occasions to perform what should be the simplest of tasks only to repeatedly fail as on the create a product registration ticket page the system demands that the brand drop down box needs to be completed and yet the only option shown is "Select Product" and you cannot manually type in the brand to continue. It's almost as if you don't want us to register the goods we have purchased. Please explain

        Nigel67 Hi drshanks. I have spoken to the web team and they have tried registering a product using your account and the brand drop down does appear to be working for them. However they are still investigating as there is obviously an issue as you are not able to see the brands. Can you try one more time, making sure that the other fields are filled out. You don't have to put a phone number in, just put your country code in such as +1. In the meantime, I will send you an e-mail and if it doesn't work, please reply to the e-mail advising the Product name and serial number. I will also require the proof of purchase if you could attach that as well. I will send the mail in the next 30 minutes. Please also check your spam if you do not see it. Many thanks

      Brian456 To anyone having the same problem I was only able to resolve this by sending a proof of purchase email to [email protected] and quoting the case number and they registered the product for me which has now been confirmed. Dear Brian,

      Many apologies for the Product Registration not working. I will raise a ticket with the software team to look into it and fix.

      Seems like I'm not the only one who can't register a behringer fcb1010. Also, why do you post a phone number if no one answers the phone? Pathetic support!

    My question is once you plug the headphones do automatically get sound from the mixer.  I am using Berhinger X32.   Are do I need to routing something to them.  I have been in the monitor not sure what needs to be turned on.

      Paul_Vannatto The monitor output at the back of the console are for powered speakers, not headphones. The headphone jacks are in the console's left and right handle hole. Also make sure the headphone volume knob (to the right of the display) is turned up.

      CraigFowler Also, if there's nothing soloed then by default you'll hear LR through the headphones. If you don't have anything in LR and you also don't have anything soloed, you won't hear anything in the headphones.

    This was a replacement for a the same model purchased a few years ago as the plastic on headband and earphone coverings fell apart. These are nice looking but after 20 minutes of wear they really hurt the ears the padding is wat too minimal I got them 2 weeks or so ago from Amazon.. I would rate these as fine for less than 15 minutes worth of listening I would like to return them for a better feeling pair ASAP
