I am unable to transfer license from old machine to new machine because the hard drive failed and I had no back up  .
all I want is a fix for this problem. I need a new license!!!   Support tickets just don't work   .  I really am desperate having to post this in an open forum   .   Find below some proof of my purchase

I'm using the X32 Edit software to control my X32 Rack & there's a question I'd like to ask. I understand that the Mix Bus can be tapped after the input, before the EQ, after the EQ, before the fader & after the fader but what does Sub Group mean on the Sends tab?

Apple just announced that macOS Big Sur will be released to the public on November 12, 2020. I'm assuming (hoping) that Behringer SW engineers have been testing their software on the beta releases of Big Sur along the way.

Any word on compatibility of X/M32-Edit on Big Sur? Is X32-Edit expected to work right out of the gate on Big Sur or have issues been found that will require significant updates?

I'm having issues opening the Synthtribe v2.4.3 software in Windows 10 as it gives me an error window sayng "Cannot load library libusb-1.0.dll". How can I get it to work? 

Synthtool v2.3.5 works, I don't know what can cause the issue with the latest version.

I have followed the guides and user manuals available. 

Connected blue yeti microphone to PC iva USB, and to GoXLR (mic input) via 3.5 mm aux cable.

Switched my default Speaker and Communications device to Chat GoXLR.

nothing....

GoXLR app registers nothing when attempting to setuo the mic. Only a buzzing sound.

Then found that I had to disable Blue yeti from the Recording devices in my system, and so I did. 

Still nothing... no sound is being picked by the GoXLR.

Is there any additional guidance here please?

We are using the X32-Edit app on our Windows 10 machine. All has been working well until yesterday when this (see attached photo) happened. We have trashed the app and reinstalled it to no avail.

We are connected to the x-32 mixer but can't see anything else.

I just downloaded the new app for Windows 10 and when I click the check for new tone prints button the app locks up during the update process.

Windows task manager shows the app as not responding.

This is in the event viewer.

I use X-Air Edit to control my XR-18 from a Windows 10 tablet with touch screen mounted to the mic stand.  In-between songs to speak to the audience, I need to mute the effects by touching the screen, but it is too slow and difficult.  Instead, I want to have an external switch assigned to mute effects. Is it possible to connect a device to the USB port of the tablet to mute effects in X-Air Edit?
