    I purchased this new, but been in storage and have lost owners manual. How can I get a manual. My primary question is "does it have a cross-over or filter/do I send it a full spectrum audio signal?

    Hi, I need some instruction of how to connect myBehringer UMC204HD to my Yamaha keyboard and to my PC. I need to send a song to my PC and at the same time I need to add a vocal live track.

    I am using W10 and also I have Cubase 5 in my PC.

      If you want to record the keyboard and microphone at the same time, you'll need to hook the mic to input 1 and the keyboard to input 2 (or vice versa). Set Track 1 in Cubase to input 1 and Track 2 to input 2.

      Thank you Dave, but the problem with this setup is that you will hear keyboard from left speaker and vocal from right speaker or vice vesa.

    I have an original mXC Centre speaker for my cinema room set .18 years old and purée the. So much so I purchased a second hand one for another room set up. But it has a fault sound only comes from the tweeter and nothing from the two other speakers. The cabinate is perfect not been dropped and all connection posts are good. I tested on my original amp then put back my original speaker and that sounds great. So I know it’s not a cable or amp fault. Can anyone help please ideas

    Bought this speaker on line thru Guitar Center. Scratch and dent. Can't find receipt. GC was no help. Amplifier quit working. Where should I send ? Just the amp or complete speaker. Will it be backed by warranty?

      If you registered your speakers, seems it would be covered. Maybe not for the full 10 years being dent and scratch but it is possible. Either way, you need to create a CARE ticket. While signed in, click the "Support" tab up top of this page and follow the directions.

    Hi, I've been using an Xr-18 for a few years now and have never had problems with the XAir app, but these days ago I updated IOS to version 13.2.2 and to my surprise was that the app is no longer working as it should. Can anyone help me regarding this? What should I do ? The latest app update is over 2 years old, will anyone solve this?

    6 weeks ago i created a service ticket for a warranty replacement part for an $8000 pair of malfunctioning (4 day old) Tannoys, and all i got was INCOMPETENCE and DISREGARD. Then, just recently, Music Tribe closed my service ticket, labelling it "inactive customer".  Basically, they blame ME for not doing anything for me.

      Dont feel "special", I recently posted 5 service tickets and within days they were marked by the tribe as "resolved" .  In truth, after many weeks of begging and pleading with the so called Behringer support team (which had no relationship to Behringer at all I found out ), I did get a schematic diagram for the unit I was trying to get fixed.

      Bottom line, this Tribe thing is not all that its cracked up to be in my opinion.  I will probably come here as a last resort for future issues.

    Hi. I am setting up a 'home office' and have just dug out my MS16 speakers. Looks like I am missing the left right speaker connection cable. Does anyone know what cable it is and where I can get a spare?

      Hello Will, welcome to the commnity.


      The connection betweeen the left and right speakers is light-duty speaker cable terminated with RCA plugs. I don't know a source for this type of cable but the MS16 is low power so a digital RCA cable like this should work. 


      If you are handy with a soldering iron it is not difficult to fit RCA plugs to 0.5mm2 speaker cable. There are also adapters like these which can be fitted without soldering.

      Thanks for your reply. Looking at the back of the speakers, there is only one port. I have attached a photo. I think the one you suggested has two connections?

    Can someone, maybe Behringer, post clear, step by step instructions on how to run two bridged channels, as oppossed to 4 non bridged, on the NU4-6000?  Detailed, straight forward instructions that explain EVERYTHING that needs to be done to bridge A+C and B+D channels?
