Hi AJ ( @itexpertak ),
Welcome to the community. That is kind of a loaded question since many audiophile's don't believe in EQ at all. They "fix" the room instead. That being said, I personally use a Behringer Ultracurve Pro DEQ2496 that was set based on measurements from Room EQ Wizard (REW). I can't say I'm an audiophile, far from it, but my system sounds good to me.
Hope this helps,
Ken
Just joined and so far this sucks. Bought a Behringer mixer after review of add showing software avaliable. Downloaded what I found and got was nothing more than public domain software. Audacity. This is not the software used in the web site demo.
Anyone have a clue whre I can get what was advertisedin web promo?
This really sucks. Software should have come with product. Downloads require too much personal info. I did it and the download is NOT what was shown on demo.

That is an old video actually. The person in that video hasn't been with the company for at least 2 years. Many things have changed since then, including Tracktion (which he mentioned). It is now called Waveform which is available (version 7 is free) here. By the way, even the X32 and new Wing does not come with DAW software. Also, for the record, the Q802USB does not provide true multi-tracking signals. It only has stereo (2 track) bidirectional via USB.
Thanks for reply. Do you know if i can record stereo to pc using USB out on mixer? Would I be able to adjust audio going over USB with mixer or is it fixed at one setting? I am only looking to record a left and right channel.
Hi can someone help me. I've purchased a behringer umc22 and a tonor tw820 wireless mic system to do karaoke using YouTube karaoke songs. I've set both devices as per instructions but I'm not getting any sound from the mic. My Mac recognises the umc22 and lights flash when I speak into the mic but I can't hear my voice. Am I doing something wrong. Any help is much appreciated
thanks
Hi all,
I know this has probably been addressed but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for, so here goes.
M32R set as 32in/32out, DL16 connected. Everything feeds into Logic, I can hear live playing and hear playback of Logic Output (channels 1&2), I have these routed to last bank of inputs on Midas. This is what I need:
1) How can I record into Logic, post fader? I want the EQs, Comp, Gate, effects... ect... OR... Can I monitor with effects from the board while sending clean signal into Logic ?
2) Playback- A) Best solution for multiple musicians hearing a multi-track recording session? DP48?
Any other solutions or help setting up the best routing is much appreciated.
Thanks

You can do either. Selecting Local in the Routing : Card tab only gives the direct out signal from the preamps. Switching those to a combination of Out 1-16, Ultranet, and Aux In, will enable you to define where the signal is tapped. If you use a mixbus (or two) for monitoring, you can select where in the channel the mixbus taps its signal.
2) Playback- A) Best solution for multiple musicians hearing a multi-track recording session? DP48?
DP48 is a good solution. A lot of people will use pairs of Mixbusses for monitoring in conjunction with a tablet/phone app (MX-q, Mixingstation) for the musicians to build their own mix.
Try using the Ultranet menu/Outputs 1-16 menu for the sources of card out 1-32. Set them up as direct outs of each ch. That way you can choose the tap point for each ch to your daw. Using "local" card outs takes the signal at or just past the preamp, basically flat. You can set the outputs of all the daw ch's to be stereo out 1+2 and use aux remap set for card 1-2. You can then monitor the daw tracks on aux 1 and 2 while hearing your live inputs 1-32 in their normal ch position. For daw playback, that will be the usual card 1-32 for the mixer inputs.
Under Routing : Inputs , you could set the Record button (for basic tracking) to have 32 (or 24) inputs as mic preamps and 0 (or 8) inputs as DAW playback and then set the Play button (for over dubbing) as 8 inputs as mic preamps and 24 inputs as DAW playback. It depends on your desired working style.
tengo un problema con la app x Air, al momento de querer ecualizar un mic, el programa se cierra, esto pasa desde que actualice mi iPad al iOS 13.2.3
Hi, I'd like to change the main speaker for my Tannoy Mercury 7.2. Where could I find that part?
Hello Alexis, welcome to the community.
I suggest that you raise a Care ticket for Spare Parts explaining your requirements. This is done by clicking on Support at the top of the page and then clicking the Create a Care Ticket button. This is only possible if you have completed all the required fields in your profile. Make sure that you fill-in every required field on the Care form.
Hi everyone, I write from Italy and I'm not very good with English, in fact I'm using the Google translator. I'm a non-professional bass player, but I write as a user of the Ultracurve Pro DEQ 2496 in my stereo system. It changed my life, I listened in a much better way than before and I even bought two of them within three weeks. I hope it continues to exist for a long time, because it is addictive and now I can't do without it.
I am interested in a pair of Tannoy XTF8 speakers. I have no XTF6 speakers in the area but there are some 8's about 40 miles from me. Before I make the drive, I have read a few reviews where it states one must have a fair amount of room for these to sound their best. My room is about 216 or so square feet, roughly 14.5 feet wide and about 15 feet deep with 12 foot ceilings. Any one out there with an idea if these would work and I should make the drive to get them? I am sure I can demo them inmy home but frankly, with the traffic conditions here, I would prefer to do as little driving as possible.
Thanks for the help.
Robert
Perhaps I need to rephrase my question. I need to know or hear from anyone using the Tannoy XTF8 speakers and the size of the room in which those speakers are being used. I do not want to overload my room with bass so when reviewers and others say that the XTF8 needs a "good sized room", what are some examples of a "good sized room"?
Thanks...
HAJ I
Hello I'd like to know if you have a pair of speaker grills and which is the cost. I've lost them during a relocation.
