Trying to hook up an android to a xenyx mixer. Am I understanding correctly that you need a mono (not stereo 1/4"adapter) to get the correct signal into a mono channel or a 3.5mm to a splitter 1/4 mono to go left and right?

Hello Bobby, welcome to the community.

You should use a stereo splitter cable like this and connect to a stereo channel. There really is not a way to connect both stereo sides to a mono input but you could connect just one side of the splitter cable if you don't have a spare stereo channel.

Cables that have a 3.5mm TRS plug on one end and a 1/4" TRS plug on the other will not work correctly for this application.

I'm trying to create a repair request for a Tannoy HTS101XP, but every time I submit the form it says "encountered an error. Please try again". I've tried three times, so, urm, that doesn't work. What do I do now?

All I can see is the mic and mic clip, what would be missing? Looks like you would only need a mic cable, they usually don't come with the mic. If there are other mic parts missing, it can't be seen in that photo.

i´m searching for a product like the HA4700, but much smaller...i only need one stereo jack input, a headphone output, a pan pot plus a mono switch...

i need it for the drummer, who gets the playalong files with the band panned to the left and the metronome to the right...so he can make his own mono mix...is there a smaller unit to make this possible...?

    thanks!

Hi, recently I´ve tried to connect my MS40 monitors to a Smart TV via the optical line and the problem is that it only sounds the right speaker, sounds very well but only de right. The left one it seems to vibrate a little but it doesn´t make any sound. The TV output is set in PCM mode.

I don´t have any problems with the rca connectios. They sounds really good.

Thank you very much and sorry for my poor english.

Hello Jochen, welcome to the community.

I suggest that you raise a Care ticket for Technical Support explaining your problem. This is done by clicking on Support at the top of the page and then clicking the Create a Care Ticket button. This is only possible if you have completed all the required fields in your profile. Make sure that you fill-in every required field on the Care form. Keep watch on your email spam folder - some users have missed responses through this.

Hello Vu, welcome to the community.

The obvious way is to connect from the 802 Main Out L R to the Bose combi inputs using unbalanced TS jack cables.

      Dear @lx66 ,

      I hope all is well.

If you have not yet done so I would recommend submitting a part request through the support tab, once submitted a member of the spares team will be able to advise further regarding stock levels and pricing.

There is a video tutorial in the support section showing you how it all works, however, if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

    Hey All,

I recently posted about a humming noise on my Q502USB+AT2020 setup. I managed to fix the humming noise, however, now there is a constant static. I have tried plugging the mixer into different plugs, as well as unplugging the XLR (to confirm it isnt the mic). I haven't been able to stop the hissing/static whatsoever so far. Is there any way to fix this? There is a link below to download an mp3 to hear what the noise sounds like.

    Thanks

Hi, does anyone know where I can source 2 wall brackets for the Tannoy HTS 101? I've tried the usual Ebay, Gumtree, FB marketplace and can't find anything. Thanks very much.
