    I filed a claim on Sept. 16.  It said they would reply in one day.  No reply and no way to contact anyone.

      Welcome to the community.  I know that support has been backed up lately and it's taking much longer than the normal one busines day to reply.   Double check your spam folder since I've heard of several tickets getting caught there.  Although it does sound like you got the intial email response with the ticket number.  


       


      If you can PM me the ticket number I can pass it along to someone who might be able to help out.

      I hate that they got rid of the support phone number, I sell their products and i would hate having a customer with a problem and cant get good support. Please restore the support number.

    Hi the mixer froze on me last Saturday while I was setting up to play for a event I tried to install the new firmware didn't work tride to reset the hall mixer want let me bc everything froze I cant press any button please advice thanx

      Did you unplug the unit and try to start again? These X32 mixers are quite resilient. I would try to reinstall the firmware. I once had my Rack in firmware limbo but was able to, through several attempts, get it fully operational again. I would make sure that the firmware you want installed is the ONLY firmware file on your usb stick and at the root directory. I would also, if not successful, try a different usb stick to update it with. You can also downgrade the firmware if that firmware file is the only one at the root directory.

      Thanks for the reply I tried  to unplug the mixer and plugged agin didn't I tried different plugs didn't work . The usb I used its brand new one I formatted the usb to exFat I downloaded the firmware from Behringer website then I tried it to install the firmware on the mixer didn't work.  And I have a gig this Saturday dont have any back up mixer

      So when you start up again, it remains frozen still?...or It will not turn on at all...or? What happens when you turn it on now? It sounds to me like there was a hardware failure that coincided with the firmware loading. If you have your usb stick in the mixer, hold down the usb access button and turn on the power, does that do anything? Sorry to hear you are stuck.

      Hi again I' tried to get my mixer but it's not working and I have a gig tomorrow I'm with out a mixer so please I need a solution thank

      I think you will need a repair shop unfortunately. If the attemps to load firmware have failed and it remains frozen, there must be a bigger problem.

I already been on TC Electronics Support page as well as replacement parts asking for help and have not had a answer from them. Can anyone guide me on what to do?

    I bought a amplifier Behringer and doesn't want to work it protects its self it turns on and then goes to orange light and doesnt do nothing it's a iNU4-6000 the first one I bought did something so they send me another one now this one doing same thing are all this manufacture defective because I know djs that have same product and been having same problem Thank you

    I recently bought a Play Acoustic pedal but the seller didn't have the North American wall plug adapter - it came only with the European wall plug adapter.  I was wondering if there is anyone out there that knows where I can get only the adapter for the North American wall plug, not the entire power supply.  Or if there is anyone in Europe who would sell me the adapter if they are not using it.

      Welcome to the community.  Can you post a pic of the label on the PS wall wart?  Use the "Choos File" button in the lower left when you reply.   I doubt TC Eleectronics makes their own power supplies so I should be able to locate the adapter part numbers based on the module itself. 


       


      Also, @TC-Mike might be able to help.

      Thanks for your help.  I really appreciate it - I haven't been even able to try out my new PlayAcoustic yet so the suspense is killing me!  I've attached a picture of the specs on the power supply, (I think that is what you were asking for) but I need the N. American plug attachment for the power supply, instead of the European wall plug adapter.  Appreciate your help big time.

      Can you post a picture of the other side as well without any plug adapter attached?   That PSU is manufactured by Shenzhen Honor Electronic Co, ltd.   It may be dfficult to purchase just a single US adapter since most wall modules are sold in bulk only.   I'm trying to cross reference it to a compaible part which is why I need a picture of the other side.   To be honest with you, any 12V/400mA wall wart will work as long as it's a "-" center post.

      Here's the other side of the adapter, with the European adaptor beside it.  I also put a tape measure so you could see the size of the adapter needed.  Thanks again for your help.

      Sorry but I've run into a dead end.  The only thing I can figure out is that those adapters are not available separately, as in, they only come with the power supply as a kit.   It does, however,  look like any 12VDC power supply would work as long as it can output 400mA or more and is center negative.

    Hi,

    On the Behringer website, you are named as a supplier of parts and I would like to know if you can provide an amplifier section for the Behringer B612D 1500W speaker. If you could let me the price if you can source one of these, I would be greatly appreciative. I would also appreciate a speedy reply as I have the opportunity the purchase a unit with a non-functioning amplifier.

    Interested in hearing from some electronic manufacturing services ( i.e: I.C. component, PC board, thru-hole assemblers, metal/ wood-working companies ) who might be interested in producing some of my  Synth Project  designs once our crowd-funding effort gets under way. Also looking for designers who can take these picture diagrams/ descriptions and turn them into working prototypes and finished products.
