I have been trying to send it in, for repairs, for 28 months. I can't get any answers.

I will ship it, if only I knew where to get it fixed. I do not have the bill of sale, so I cannot register a care ticket.

    Any advice???

    Peter

Regrettably, we are not permitted to hand out service documentation or schematics to the general public. You need to be an authorized service center for Music Tribe in order to gain access to.

I just purchased a Bugera T5 and want to use my Bugera V55 as a speaker cabinet.  The T5 speaker connection is 4 ohms.  What ohms setting would I use on the back of my V55?

JasonB81 Hello David - can you give me more clarity here of what you want to do? You want to run a head to your combo amp's speaker ? Thanks in advance.

Hello, like many people I hesitate between V5 and V22. Does the V22 keep all the qualities at low volume? or should I take the V5?

    Sorry for traduction.

Dale_M hi there, I guess really it depends on what you intend to do with the amp, if you are just playing at home the V5 is going to be a perfect solution but if you want a wider pallet of sounds and more growl and depth for live or recording, personally I would be leaning towards the V22 as it has had some very positive reviews: this one on the V22 is very comprehensive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqcNiV0l8d8 the V5 one is here also https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtJj5jGLTn4

Lechat95 thank you for your answer but I would especially like to know if by playing with the V22 at low volume, the quality would be present. My English is not perfect to fully understand an English video.

Dale_M The V22 needs some gain to get the right tone so if your neighbours don't mind loud guitars, fine, otherwise really the V5 may be more suited.

Ws6air Any ideas on why this thing is only pushing 42 watts ? EL34s tested fine also and amp seems plenty loud but when testing it , it only registered 42 watts max . Anything to do with the auto bias or any recalls on transformers?

Hi. Sofi from the U.S. here. I recently bought a Bugera 333xl Infinium amp through Thomman out of Germany. After I unboxing I was disappointed as the amp is wired for 220 and we use 110 here in the U.S. So I assume (yes assume) that I need a power converter. So I purchased a 2000 watt converter on amazon but now I'm wondering if its going to be big enough. I'm actually hoping theres an easier fix in the amp itself so that I don't need a converter at all. Need advice.

Dale_M Hi there, the problem is here you have purchased a European amp that is meant for use in Europe. It may be easier and less problematic to contact Thomann and simply tell them you are unhappy with the amp -they have a 30 day no quibble return policy so assuming you have reported this within this period you should be able to send it back and obtain a USA version from Sweetwater etc.

Hi, I´m from Brazil and I´m Electronic Engineer. I have a costumer with a Bugera 333XL Infinium which does not fit the BIAS to valve 2. I just change the tubes to new ones, two new quad sets (JJ and electroharmonix) but the led 2 of digital module turns on and the standby bulb light blinks. I have checked the grid voltages and to V1,V3 and V4 the voltage is -48V. To V2 the voltage is -25V but not stable, it changes between -25V and -24V. I have checked all cables, I removed the digital module and checked connections. I have changed the sockets of tubes but the problem persists. I have no ideia what do know, I suspect that infinium module is bad working. thank you for help.

    The ticket is: CAS-129532-V7J5J8

Dale_M Hi lucastor4, sorry to hear of this issue, I will ask the USA team to look out for your ticket, it looks very much like a repair will be required.

The portal won't let me send the request. It keeps saying to fill in the required fields and they are all filled in. I'd just like to call or email somoene at Bugera. Why can't I do that?

I have a G5 Infinium amp with an output issue. There is very little output to the speaker. While on the distortion channel, the amp sounds like it’s “shorting out” like getting a staticky signal with hardly any sound at all. This is while strumming the guitar while turning up the gain and volume. Absolutely no sound will come out of the clean channel.

I checked my cables, speaker, guitar and the tubes. The tubes appear to be working fine and it sounds fine with headphones plugged in.

Pretty disappointed. I’ve had this amp for four years, but it has very little playing time on it. It might have gotten used 1 or 2 hours a month. It even sat for a while as I healed after an accident that cut part of my finger off.
