    Hello, I am not getting any response from the aes inputs on my ipd's? When I try to connect to them with intellidrive  in order to update the firmware it gets stuck on a synchronisation process at 72%. This seems to affect my ability to save and recall presets. I don't want to attempt fm update unless I'm sure I can reload the presets. Please help!!

      AlexLane Hi Daniel,

      Are you running the update through a network switch or direct to the amplifier? Also make sure there are exceptions in your firewall for the software.

      Best to backup all the presets before doing the update too to be sure they are not lost. Try doing this through File -> Backup presets rather than during the update process

      For AES, can you let me know what you are using to drive the inputs? And the settings in the input mixer also?.

      danthomason fixed! i managed to finally save the presets and update FW, intellidrive being very tempremental though. udated amps now recieve AES! Thanks

        AlexLane Excellent! The updater has been improved on the newer versions of Software so this issue should now be eliminated

    Hi,

    I a Lab Gruppen amplifier with some Speaker Connectors I do not know.

    Anyone knows the brand and the name of the speaker Connector in the picture?

      NicJonesMT Hi There.
      These are 2 pole Block connectors.
      If you check in the User Manual it will state which connector blocks are compatible, For example if we look at the E12:2 User manual which has 2 of these outputs, it states the following;

      Detachable block-connectors with + and – poles are provided at each channel output for connection of the
      speakers. If more conectors are needed, then these are compatible:
      Phoenix 1709047, or Anytek KT02015000CCG.

    Hey there,

    after months i was on tour with my ipd1200 & 2400 (build in case with router), open my iPad with the new iPadOS 14 to change settings of the DSP, but IntelliDrive Controller doesn't work. I didn't find the App now at Apples App Store to make a new install??

    For me as a mobile DJ i use the IntelliDrive with the iPad to listen and setup, was a big point for the ipd Series.

    Did you plan an upgrade for the mobile solution in near time or is there another solution?

    i just bought D80:4 Ta from ebay.Just now i can't connect with tesira software. Does anyone know how can i do factory reset or give me some tips.

      AlexLane Frame reset


      A factory reset and soft reset can be performed from the front panel. A factory reset will restore all settings to
      original defaults, including network settings, frame presets and current settings. A soft reset reverts only the current
      settings to default. Network settings and frame presets are not changed with a soft reset.


      1. Place the frame in standby mode.

      2. Press and hold elect and channel 3 mute button. Then press the power button.

      3. Choose from one of the below operations:

      a. Press channel 1 mute button (red LED) to initiate the factory reset sequence.

      b. Press channel 2 mute button (amber LED) to initiate the soft reset sequence.

      c. To cancel, press channel 4 mute button (green LED).

      4. Wait state indication is present while either reset is performed.

      5. To complete the factory reset process, cycle the mains power by completely removing the power plug and
      reinserting it.

    this is not serious !! your two French Labgruppen distributors have no spare parts and the deadlines are unknown
    ditto to buy amps
    this is a completely crazy policy

    I am a company that installs in cinema and I stop the Labgruppen brand.
    at Powesoft delivery 24/48 h / after-sales service maximum one week and in the majority of cases 3/4 days and so big concert: loan of replacement.

      ebstrickland kyle thank you for getting back with me. here's the challange. the job site is 2 hours away. there's a possibility that there's an issue with one or more amplifiers. the online support ticket insists on a serial number. what do i do when there's more than one? a phone call from a technical support individual would be most helpful until we determine what the real issue may be. i do look forward to hearing from someone soon.

    I have an LM44 and some PLM10000Q's that are on Dante 3.0.1.48 firmware even when running Lake Controller 7 and doing the Lake Update. Is there a way to update this to version 4 firmware for Dante?
