I have an old contour processor that failed a firmware update and now doesn't want to show up in the controller (version 5.8 on windows 10) any advice on how to fix? The processor is in great shape and for light DJing works really well. The processor is connected to an ASUS router via an Ethernet cable. It is not showing any digits on the front display and pressing any of the front buttons does not creat a response. Any help is appreciated.

I am not quite as familiar with the older Lake contour so not 100% sure if this will work, but it could be worth trying a safe mode firmware update on the unit. This is the process for the newer PLM and LM series, hopefully it will work on the older product!

Hi I'm using a lake lm44 and I noticed on the Jbl file the JBL VTX S28 sub is only showing a Caridioid setting but not Regular setting I got the new software update on my computer Version 7.0.4 & library V5:3 can anyone help me
After reading the Lake Controller Software Version release notes V5.8 should be the last revision which should work with this device.
However: After installing this Version of the lake controller under Windows 10 on an Apple machine running bootcamp, I've troubles getting the software to work properly.
The software freezes immediately when it has loaded the home screen.
I tried various things linke compatibility mode WIN XP, WIN 7,... also running as administrator didn't help

Im having huge problems running Lake Controller version 7.0.6 on the system described below (Windows 10, 21H1).
Sometimes it can run for hours and hours, and sometimes i crashes within an hour.
Have now tried so many diffrent soulutions when it comes to setting and drivers for varius components in the computer.
I have two identical computers with the exact same specs./hardware but the problem is the same on both systems, Lake Controller crashes on me.
So now i ran out of ideas how to move forward, pleas advice.
