    Hi all.  Am a new owner of a IP300.  I plan to get another, plus one or two subs, and am looking at different online purchase options.  Are the European models of Turbosound speakers identical to North American models, apart from the fuse?  i.e., if I bought a European model of the IP300, could I make it North America "ready" simply by changing the T 3.15 A H 250 V fuse to the T 6.3 A H 250 V?

    I have a switch in the booth on my TBV123 line arrays to remove and apply power, before powering up and down the X32.  When I use the switch, the speakers power up normally but when I power them down, while the X32 is powered up, the speaker LCD screens flash blank a few times and occassionally I can hear a slight clicking in the speakers in conjunction with the flashes. 

    The speakers do not try to boot and  nothing appears on the screen, only the LCD screen backlight flashes blank multiple times over 5-10 seconrds before going dark completely. (The number of flashes and duration is never the same)  I have a couple floor monitors on the same circuit, which go dark immediately as expected. All the speakers are supported over Ultranet connections back to the X32 through a P16 Distributor.

    Hello, 

    I will be attending the bpm trade show this weekend in Birmingham and o note that you will also be attending, I did enquire last year about the ip300 but you hadn't brought 1 with you

    if poss can I ask that you take 1 this year so I can have a look / listen as very interested in a pair

    Anyone know what the typical response time is after you create a Care Ticket? Other than the automated email resonse I got back 5 days ago I've heard nothing.

      etbMike William. Help again. I emailed Colton on Tuesday and I haven't heard back from him. We are obviously having email problems. Or he hates me and thinks I'm ugly. Is there a phone number I can call to get this ball rolling faster? I need that speaker for a wedding I'm doing on August 1st. Sorry to bug you with this.

      I'd recommend replying to the confirmation email you received requesting an update.  There's been problems with the ticketing system as well as the registration system. 


       


      I'd go for the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" approach.  Unfortunately, this is the only way to contact any of the Music Tribe companies.

    When I plug in my 2 x turbo sound iX12, the Bluetooth screen just flashes blue...

     

    nothing works at all apart from a regular blue flashing light on both speakers.

     

    any ideas anyone?

      I suggest clicking the SUPPORT tab at the top of the page and submitting a technical support inquiry. Flashing LED or LCD is the type of behavior that would indicate a power issue.

      I suggest that you raise a Care ticket for Service Repair explaining your problem. This is done by clicking on Support at the top of the page and then clicking the Create a Care Ticket button. This is only possible if you have completed all the required fields in your profile. Make sure that you fill-in every required field on the Care form.

    I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT 11/04/2020. IQ15. THERE WAS 9 LEFT ON INCOMING AND THEY POSTED THAT THEY WOULD SHIP OUT 11/10/2020 OR SO.
