    Hi everyone, 

    I am new to musictribe so hello from the UK.

    I wanted to post on here as I am looking for a pair of Turbosound Impact 120 speakers. I have the Impact 180 sub and was wondering if anyone knew where I may be able to get a pair of 120's?

    I have the Turbosound iX12 speaker. I would like to use my turntable as a source and provide stereo input to the speaker via cables. Are the A and B inputs each mono or stereo? If they are mono, and I use both, will they be treated and left and right channels of a stereo signal?

    Hi guys!
    I bought a Turbosound ip2000 speakers on the USA eBay and delivered them to Europe.
    I was hoping that their power supply would have a 110v-220v voltage switch (American or European standard), as it is implemented in the speakers of many other manufacturers. But when I got my speakers, I was very upset not seeing the opportunity to change the voltage.
    Is it possible to change the voltage in the power supply of these speakers without replacing the power supply?
    I bought used speakers, so I understand that the manufacturer's warranty no longer applies to them, and I can safely redo the power supply.
    Can someone help me?

      Dale_M Hi aggelos69 the best route is to simply put a Support ticket through from the tab above and send in a Spares request, the team can then advise you of price and availability.

    We have an event coming up where I need some more grunt in terms of subs

    I have a pair of iQ15B's, and EV ZXA-1's, was thinking of using the subs from my iP2000's (without the array columns)

    Thoughts on this please?

      GaryHiggins It will be a challenge but it may work with some careful setup and testing. The mixer may limit your ability. You will need extra busses to keep the subs separate. You didn’t say what one you use.

    Hi there, is there a portal for downloading all the Ease data.dll for all current Turbosound proucts?

    We would like to design some new Turbosound systems with Ease, easily...

    What I find is not many products represented and not compatable with the latest version of ease.

      AlexLane Hi Trevor, most will run on EASE 2 with some of the newer ones working on EASE 3. You can download the older versions of EASE on the AFMG website. Unfortunately updating discontinued models to the later versions is not a viable option.

      Most of the .GLL files may require the full paid version of EASE to run FYI

    I started trying to purchase parts on 7/31 under CAS-125741-X2B4S8 and CAS-125739-F7X8T6 requesting part #, pricing, and procedure to get parts. Only got part #, cases say problem solved(wrong). I have opened a new case CAS-156427-N0H4Y3 restating the part #s I was given again requesting pricing and procedure to get these parts. It seems the whole operation there is out of control and there are no phone #s anywhere. If this is "We've got you covered" it's very sad indeed. My Music Tribe customer # is 79000004. Thank you for your response!

      jacktuck Well, It's Nov 30 and still no one will get me the information I need to get these parts. The last case says problem solved on Nov 11, WRONG!! The lack of response from you people is mind blowing, If you worked for me you wouldn't have jobs. How frickin hard is it to look up part #s, quote prices, and tell me how to get them. If any of you folks have any integrity pick up the phone and call me instead of cowering behind this Damn miserable excuse for a support forum. 1(804) 229-3401. If I was trying to make a living with your products I would have starved by now. 4 months this has been going on and still no resolution. If it sounds like I'm upset it's because I am. Hey Kyle! Thought you were going to handle this?
