    Hello, I really like this pair of Tannoy system 1200 monitors, but a few days ago, when I was mixing, unfortunately, I broke the tweeter of the left speaker. I asked a repairer to check it. It was a problem with the tweeter. This Tannoy system 1200 monitor has been with me for 20 years. I hope to continue using it. Can I find a new tweeter? Maybe there are better suggestions?

      huikawai020780 I am disappointed to receive your email notification that the Tannoy system 1200 tweeter has no parts, only the Horn bracket. I really hope I can find this tweeter and continue to use this pair of Tannoy system 1200 mixing my songs.

        Nigel67 I am sorry that the news wasn't good, but as my colleague mentioned in their e-mails to you, the Driver is not longer available, it is obsolete. We do not have any stock and there is no possibility of getting any more. Unfortunately there are also no alternative drivers we can supply.

    Hello,

    My TRUTHTH's tweeter is damage. I am based inthe netherlands, how to get a replacment and fix this? Will behringer cover the cost. (the speakers are 4 years old)

      Dale_M Hi Mark, do you still have your proof of purchase? If registered within 90 days you would have a 3 year warranty if not then 2 years so these will now be outside of this period. We would suggest putting a support ticket from the support tab/+create a care ticket then choose SPARES as the dropdown

        Aceman23 I have tried but i cannot go beyond the model drop down as my model is not there. My studio monitor is The Powered Tannoy Ellipse 10 Non iDP please have them contact me as i cannot go beyond that drop box so i can open a ticket. It is odd they did not post this model it is a professional monitor, please help thank you.

        Aceman23 Thank he did tried to help but he sent me to a person in california who asked for my personal information but has not ignored all my emails. Seems a bit odd i paid huge money for this studio monitors i love them but this is not acceptable i will no longer buy anything from tannoy and will tell my clients and fans from the radio station i work for to stay way from this company. I will ask my lawyers to see if i can make a legal claim. Thank you again.

        Nigel67 Hi James. Embarrassed is not the word I am sorry to say . I have contacted the technician in our Vegas office. He has received your last e-mail, but they advise me that they are having technical issues with their e-mail system which means most of them are unable to access any e-mails. It does appear that one or two are able to answer e-mails and I have asked for them to reply to you today. So very sorry.

    Hi Guys, does anyone know if the Behringer B105D USB port can supply 5V power to a USB device? My guess is it can because it says "USB input accepts USB connection from memory devices with MP3 files." A memory device would require power form the port most likely. 

    I have a wireless microphone receiver connected to the mic input on the B105D and I'd like to connect a USB cable from the same unit, so I don't have to recharge it all the time. 

    Will this work?

      Paul_Vannatto Yes, but since it is USB 2.0, it can only provide 5V @ 500 ma max. If what you want to power is less than that, it will probably work. But many devices today require much more than that (eg. smartphones, etc.). It would be far better to power the device with the power adapter that came with it.

      chris027 Hi Paul, thanks for the reply. I'm using Sennheiser xsw-d wireless microphones. They only ship with a USB cable and no charger. Because the receiver can't accept phantom power, I'd love to power it while in use via this USB port instead of disconnect it every night and connect it to the USB port of my computer.

    I have same issue with previous post. I bught the Tannoy Gold 7 monitors. There are pretty loud radio noise from both speakers even without any cable connected to the audio inputs. I tested my old BX5a in the same place There is no noise. Any ideas? Thanks!

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi iamcustomer, it is common for the Coils of copper wires in the drivers to pick up radio waves and other interference which will, in turn, be amplified through your loudspeaker. However, radio interference can also be a sign of a bad ground signal. If you don't already ground your system I would recommend doing so and if you do I would check the connections.

      If after this you are still experiencing issues I would recommend submitting a technical support case for this issue to be investigated further.

    Comprè de ocasion dos altavoces Behringer Truth B2031A por muy poco dinero. El problema es que uno de ellos no tiene la placa de la parte trasera y querria comprar sola esta parte, ya que el altavoz està en buen estado.

    Sabe alguin donde podria encontrar este componente?

    I'm interested in getting some Reveal 502 monitor speakers (I think anyway) however they don't seem to be available at any of the usual suspects in the USA where they use to be... Sweetwater, Guitar Center, etc.  Is there a reason for that? Are they still a current product or are they being replaced?

    Hello, I wired my System 1200 in biamp mode, using an electronic crossover, I would like to know how and if I have to detach the one inside the speakers.

      DavidKnighton Hello Andrea,
      Generally speaking, most 2-way speakers will have a built in crossover, so you don't need to use an external crossover. If you favor an external crossover, you do need to connect the external crossover outputs straight to the low/high drivers directly, bypassing the internal crossover. This might be a problem for you, as the System 1200 appears to only have a single pair of terminals. For external Bi-Amp, you'd need two pairs of terminals, one pair connecting to the low driver, and one pair connecting to the high driver. This will require some modification to the cabinet in order to work. If you want my opinion on the matter, you should leave the cabinet as is and utilize the internal crossover, as the system sounds stellar on it's own.

      First of all I wanted to thank you for answering me,
      the System 1200 model has two terminals, the first for the bass and the second for the highs, luckily I just had to disconnect the internal crossover and rewire the tweeter and the woofer to the correct terminals, the sound is incredible, you just need to have some tricks in the calibration of the external crossover which has now been set up correctly. Thanks again for the advice??

        That's odd, the one I was looking at online appeared to only have a single pair of terminals. It's possible I was looking at the wrong model. Can you send a pic of your rear panel?
