    Hi guys, saturday I bought the "icon series legacy native bundle" but I haven't yet received an activation code or Ilok request.

    I received just the Paypal payment invoice. What should I do to have this code?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Fabriziodipaola1, I am sorry to hear about this issue. If you have not yet done so could you please check your spam/junk email folder? Sometimes the Activation Code email will be routed to here.
      If the Activation Code is not in your spam/junk can you please provide submit a technical support ticket with a screenshot of the order and your iLok ID, and I can then manually generate this for you. To do this please go to support at the top of the page and click on the relevant tab, with regards to serial number please enter N/A.

      If you have already submitted a case could you please confirm the case number for me?

    I bought the VSS3 NATIVE plugin 30/11 and have not received an activation code. I started a case Case Number CAS-506667-Z6Z8Q8 yesterday "pre-sales" it was all I could because I had no serial number but did not hear anything from it either.

    Hi,

    I have spent $600 on the TC native plugins 24hr ago and haven't received download links or activation codes. Yes I've checked my spam.

    I am unable to lodge a ticket because none of the forms are relevant and the mandatory dropdown boxes prevent me from filling out a ticket.

    Furthermore, I was never given an "order number" as described in the FAQ, so apparently I don't even have the info needed to lodge one.

    I require private communication with someone from support who I can send my PayPal receipt to rather than publicly posting private details.

    I have no idea what is going on here, but this is completely unacceptable given that even the smallest plug-in companies manage timely and stress free delivery of their digital products.

    I just got the TC 2290 DT unit, which is is great. I was under the impression that I would also get the native version, so I'm able to open projects without the controller. Is that wrong? And if not, how do I then get the Ilok code for the plugin?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Junolab, you are correct. If you have the DT version you can use the Plug-in standalone without the controller, you will need to connect the controller to activate this, however, once done you can use the Plug-in without the controller for up to 60 days before needing to reconnect it again.

    I was hopeing to see more ppl using the free analyzer. I find it to be a great tool but the system seems to be down for some reason.

    If anyone else likes and uses free analyzer please let me know. Hopefully the system comes back up or someone can tell me what i am doing wrong. It worked great for a week now just keeps saying sever error. I am no sure if i need a software Licenses since it is free.

    Hello,

    I'm still succesfully using my System 6000 MKI everyday. After much toil, I've figured out how to use the ICON Software App with my Macpro running High Sierra 10.13.6 partition with ICON App 8.4 and on Mountain Lion 10.8.5 partition with ICON App 7.5. I can save presets successfully but I'm having trouble getting them back into the Frame on either partion. Can anyone give me some assistance on transfering the .syx files back into the Frame?

      guitar012001 Also, I forgot to mention that I have the Frame and ICON Hardware unit connected via an Ethernet Switch and I have the MIDI out connection from the frame connected to my midi interface and the signal is being received. I'm using SysEx Librarian by SNOIZE. It plays the file back into my interface which I can verify but I don't see anything changing in the 6000 setups at all.

    I have to join the line of people not receiving activation codes. Bought on Nov 29, opened support case CAS-505917-Y4K5Y9, nothing happens. Days later. Crickets chirping.

    No replys, this site is loading so slowly, this all shows how less MT cares about their custumers.
    What a shame this happened to TC, a company that was known for their highest quality products.

    Friends! Thanks to Christian G Frandsen, My Question was resolved within 30 minutes! I have never seen such a support as in TC Electronics - !!!) Sensitive, Human, and just Native !!!
