    I purhcased the UM2 as a pre-amp for our paging system at work. The pager input comes into the 1/4" input, and the amp takes the stereo RCA connection.

    The things I liked about this little unit is that it's very reasonably priced, it had the I/O connections I needed, and I could adjust both the gain and the output.

    What I didn't realize is the power requirement is 100% USB. There's no A/C adapter. I tried a charging block, but the unti won't power on.

     

    Does the UM2 actually need a data packet to power on, or can I wire in a resistor between the D+ and +5 lines? If it's only Data-USB, then I'm going to return it.

    Hello.

    I have a problem with my DeepMind12, it is not possible to store the favorites.
    It behaves even, as there is no such feature, there is no reaction, when pressing 'PROG' + 'FX'!
    Has somebody an idea or the same problem?
    Both keys 'PROG' and 'FX' work alone, it looks like software-problem...

      You may want to check again using the following steps; press PROG + FX and then a pop-up appears on screen. Then press the "+" button to set the current program as a favorite.

      Hello David. I've tried it many many times, holding both keys but I only get to the list of pre-programmed settings (all the programs like holding only 'PROG') or to the FX menu (likely when I pressed the 'FX' some milliseconds earlier...)
      So it seems both keys are physically working but I never saw the favorites.
      Am I just stupid or could it be deactivated somewhere or do I need a certain software version??

    I am having an issue with Lake Controller. I have been using it for the last few weeks with no issues. Yesterday I was logged into it via a remote computer and I changed the window size of the remote comptuer and Lake Controller gave me an error and then quit. When I try and relaunch it opens, asks me if I want to load the last system configuration, but I cannot select "yes" or "no" and the entire program becomes unresponsive. The program is currently launching in full-screen mode so the only thing I can do is resize the screen which freezes my computer and just starts this problem all over again. I tried running a software repair, and I have also uninstalled 7.0.5 and reinstalled 7.0.6 and am getting the same issue. I am on a computer running Windows 10. Any insight into how to get this working again?

      You might want to submit this as a tech support inquiry as it sounds like it's going to be rather involved. What I would suggest is to bypass the whole remote computer option for now and put you hands directly on the host computer to restore the application and set your window size. By default the system takes over your graphics processor, which allows for ideal touchscreen operation. By setting the window size remotely, you may have inadvertently created a system error. You may even be forced to uninstall the application and then reinstall.

    I purchased 4 IQ18B's in early January of 2019. they have always been used together as a set. One of them has a blown Driver

    is that driver covered under warranty?

    Hello together. I just bought me my first setup. I want to create Leraning Videos.

    I want to use a Rode Pro Caster, this GoXLR with USB Audio Interface und OBS.

    My Problem is, that I cannot use my Mic, or only with low Level. After Installing GoXLR SW, I plug in my Mic via XLR.

    In Windows I choose Boradcast Mic. In XLR I user setup "Dynamic". I only hear my Mic, when I am in Mic Setup in the app. After pressing ok, the sound is gone. I see no peak in windows, or OBS. I really go crazy ^^

    Has anyone any Idea for me? Thank you so much.
