    Hi,

    i am using x-touch one (Firmware 1.10) with FL Studio 20.9.

    My problem is that i can use only Master + Channel 1- 8 at Channel 9 its over and not usable.

    I tried different MIDI settings but its allways the same.

    Where could be the problem?

      Nigel67 Hi m4urizio. I do not think that this is something that we would share unless you our one of our service centres or partners. I would suggest contacting our Service Team and they will be able to advise further. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. If they advise it is not possible, then you could contact our spares team and they will be able to provide pre-programmed eeprom.     Guten Tag,

    mein GoXLR Mini übernimmt die Farben von der App bzw. Software nicht. In der Software kann ich unter dem Punkt "Lighting" die Farben einstellen, die ich möchte und diese werden auch in der Software angezeigt aber nicht auf mein Gerät übernommen.

     

    Das GoXLR Mini leuchtet in einen normalen Weiß. Sobald ich den Style bei den Fader wechsel zu Gradient oder Meter übernimmt er dieses ohne Probleme.

    Das USB-Kabel habe ich einmal entfernt und wieder reingesteckt, dann leuchtet das GoXLR in "Regenbogenfarben". Die LED's sind also nicht defekt.


    Die komplette Software habe ich deinstalliert und neu installiert.

    Eine mögliche Lösung oder Problem ist ein Bug in der jetzigen Version.

    Gerät ist an USB 3.0 angeschlossen.
    App Version: 1.3.3.130
    Hardware Version: 1.1.8.43

    Follow this way....

    1. push VIEW button of left 12 channels.

    2. touch any one processor

    3. and then it's bottom line parameter's not shonw.

    but after select other channel or other processor slot,

    and return again,

    it shown agrain.

    (I am setting up for podcasting)

    I am in Mic Setup and there is NO MIC SIGNAL showing.

    • I have a Go XLR Mini.
    • Shure SMB7.
    • All plugged into an external hub.
    • All software updated.
    • The app says: "Go XLR Mini Connected via USB".
    • I have the Shure Mic plugged into the Go XLR.
    • I have the USB plugged into the external Hub and have tried it plugged in direct to the Laptop.
    • In Windows I have selected: Chat Mic.
    • The laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad Carbon X1, well up to the job.
    • I am running Windows 11.

    Can someone please help me I am getting a bit desperate.

    I have a Go Twin. But the "direct monitoring" switch seems to have no effect, I can hear both the wet and dry sound regardless of the switch position through both the headphone jack and stereo outputs. Is there a fix for this?

    I've got a show tomorrow with a tiny changeover so I want to be 100% sure I get this right. I have manually set the (linked) bus 11/12 and 13/14 to subgroup, turned off every channel I don't want to go to said subgroup, I think turned on the channels I do want to go to the subgroup, send subgroup to LR, cut said channels out of the LR, am I good to go? Or should I really manually set EVERY channel to subgroup? Now I'm asking anyway, that's the point of setting this per channel.. If I want bus 11/12 to be a subgroup, I want it to be a subgroup for every channel, right? Lastly, panning in the LR is copied to the linked subgroup I assume?

      Paul_Vannatto Hi Tom, not quite right, if I'm understanding what you want to accomplish. Typical subgroup setup is for the desired channels to that subgroup are not sent directly to the Main LR. Instead they are sent to the subgroup for group processing. Then the subgroup output is sent to the Main LR. The on/off buttons you are seeing are for the channel sends to that subgroup. To disable the channels going directly to the Main LR, you have to do that on the channel's Main screen (disable LR). Also make sure that the subgroup buses (11/12 and 13/14) Main LR are enabled.

      Yes, panning on the channel's pan will reflect in the subgroup.

        TomDoeven I got that, in this case channels 17 to 21 are disabled on the LR, and bus 11/12 is going to the LR. The question is if right now channels 17 to 21 are going to the subgroup, and all other channels can't go to the subgroup

    I'm sorry to have to report this, but I do want to keep anyone else from having the same problem I'm in the middle of with Prymaxe.  Here are the facts, repeat, facts: (1) I ordered an item from them on 17 December, (2) I received an email from them confirming the order, assigning an order number, and stating "You'll receive an email when your order is ready" and "You'll get shipping and delivery updates by email", (3) they cashed my credit card payment (over $260), as confirmed on my latest credit card statement, (4) I never received an email about shipping for the item, (5) I never received the item, (6) I live out in the country, and there has never been an issue of packages being stolen from my deck after being delivered (no one goes away to work anymore, someone is virtually always home, and we have an alert and noisy dog), (7) when I go to their website and press their "Track Order" button, it initially found my order number and said something like "your order is being processed" (on 19 January, it said this), but now the button doesn't work, with the message: "There was an error in the third-party application", (8) a telephone number I've always used for them in the past is now not working (despite several tries, over several days), (9) the telephone number they have listed on both their website and on their confirmation email routes to a automated AT&T voicemail, which prompts me to input the number I called (I've checked the number and done this more than once, just to be sure, and yes, during their stated office hours), but when I input the number from their website (and email), the automated voice says they have no customer for that number (again, tried more than once over several days), (10) an email I wrote on 19 January (to the address I've used for them in the past, which is still on both their website and my confirmation email), in which I notified them about my outstanding order, asked for a refund, and asked them to get in touch with me immediately, has not been answered as of today (25 Jan), (11) they have continued to send a seemingly unending string of 38 (thirty-eight!) emails to me (since I received their confirmation of my order), each one advertising more musical equipment they want me to buy, but none acknowledging the item I've already purchased and they've already taken payment for, but which I've not received, and finally, (12) a second email I sent yesterday (24 Jan), in which I notified them I needed to hear from them, or I would feel compelled to alert other members of the musical community that they're charging credit cards, but not processing orders or shipping purchased items, has also gone unanswered (and no, it's not in my spam folder).  So, be advised - at this time, Prymaxe appears to be down.  You may want to carefully consider whether to make any purchases from them, until further notice!  We can only hope that this is a result of external difficulties or bad business practices, rather than family tragedy related to the pandemic or difficulties from other circumstances (although that still wouldn't explain why their ad emails keep coming, but no other business is being conducted).  Nonetheless, people need to protect themselves from negative financial consequences (i.e., ordering stuff that won't arrive), so consider this message your courtesy notification.  By the way, I do not need anyone to try to help solve this problem for me; it's easy enough for me to dispute the charge on my credit card.  I'm just trying to spare others from similar distress.  Good luck to all.  Sincerely, Dave

    Can anyone tell me if I should have an external router for my XR 18 Air mixer which I just purchased.I have read some articles about connection being lost during performance. I would appreciate any advice about this issue. Also if I could get recommendations on brand of router if I need one. Thank you community!

      Paul_Vannatto The answer to your question is - most definitely. I wouldn't do an event without one. TP Link and D-Link are good brands. I've been using the latter for the past 9 years without issue. Make sure the model is dual band or tri-band and use the 5Ghz band.
