    Hey, noob wants to know best starting path for reducing vocal feedback.  Does this make sense:  balanced TRS output from pre send jack outputs of the yamie > to the input of the BFD then output from that back into the unbalanced LINE mono phone jacks of channel 5 and 6 selecting the aux buttons so that they go to the monitor feed of the yamie?  OK to use TRS plugs bringing them back to the mixer, which mono inputs are unbalanced?

    Volume & selector knobs not working... the selection knob is smooth with no clicks meaning that it cannot change anything. Pretty much usless. How can i fix it?

    Finally got my TD-3 on the 9th of july and its a bit unusual but no output on the device works with bluetooth? I've filled in a support ticket but had no response,has anyone else had a simular issue? Please let me know so i can get a new one or find out whats wrong with my TD-3

    Hi Tannoy’s supporting team, This is Andrew, I am leaving in Hong Kong. The friend of my Have a pair of vintage Tannoy Westminster Royal, the series #321808 & #343680. Unfortunately the whole pair of tweeters part was damaged by using the new amplifier (the lower part driver are normal), please advise would it be possible to sent it back to factory for repair of tweeter drivers part ?       David McKillop I have same problem and same error messages with Voicelive 3. Tried on 3 separate computers and multiple downloads/removals of voicesupport 2, and factory reset of VL3. Don't know if its anything to do with TC Helicon updating servers recently and Voicesupport still looking for files in an old location. If I find a solution I will post it here

      • Voicesupport 2 internet connection problem
        Chris Klinger I have the same issue, Nigel - at launch, VoiceSupport (on Mac) complains about no Internet connection. I was looking to update the firmware on my Mic Mechanic 2 - not exactly critical but it's frustrating when stuff doesn't work! I'd have thought this would have been resolved by now, more than 2 months on from your post. Any situation update?

    Hi! I am learning more about the Beringher x32 for my church (very new to soundboards, so please be patient :) ) and am trying to understand the difference between the monitor control section on the board (i.e., connected to the monitor out XLRs on the back) and assigning a bus to make a monitor mix. In other words, I've done a lot of research, and it seems people somehow assign, for example, two buses (e.g., 1 and 2) to be mixes for a first and second-floor monitor (which I need help doing, please - I think I'm getting something wrong with the routing). But then, what is the monitor section for? Plus, the monitor section just seems to have 6 different settings (see attached pictures, LR Bus to Aux 7/8.), and no "use bus ____ as a source." No one has clarified this online and in all the videos I've watched. Kind of driving me crazy LOL. Any help is appreciated!

      The monitor section you described is likely confusing you as it shares the same name as your floor monitors! The X32 Monitor section refers to the solo section where (if in a studio context), you would link monitor outputs to your studio monitors. The monitor source refers to what is listened too when a solo button is disengaged. In live use, The monitor outs are rarely used. Only headphones



      Traditionally, Floor speaker monitors for a live band are sent via Auxiliary sends. You have 16 separate possible sends which act like separate mixes. Just like balancing the faders for L and R output, you can select an Aux… use Fader Flip (sends on faders)- then the faders will become sends to mix that Aux send. You should familiarise yourself with Pre fade, Post post fade and Busses.



      By default Aux 14-16 are routed to the Effects leaving you 12 channels which should be plenty.
