    How to install Win 11 driver for UMC202HD?

    I have tried UMC Driver 5.30.0 (for Windows 10+11) but the responce is

    "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognice it."

    Should I return this UMC202HD to distributor?

    Hola, espero puedan ayudarme. Tengo una cmd studio 4a y al conectarla a la laptop me sale un error de codigo 10 y que no hay recursos de sistema suficientes para completar la llamada a la API. La laptop es nueva, la compre hace unos 15 días, es una HP con procesador AMD ryzen 5, con Windows 10 single language. Actualice el Windows a Windows 11, pero no he podido dar solución a mi problema, llame a la marca hp y me dijeron que el problema es de terceros osea que es de behringer. Ayúdenme por favor, ya no se que hacer para solucionarlo ya que compre la laptop para usarla con la consola.

    Evidentemente tengo un problema con Windows, no sé cómo lograr que la App reconozca la interface de mi xr18.... conocté el USB pero no aparece en el listado de interface y a partir de ahi no puedo avanzar.

      Nigel67 Is the XR18 showing up as a audio device in your Bluetooth and other devices in Windows 10? If it is, also check the Sound settings, both recording and playback to see if the XR18 is showing up there. Play some audio from the XR18 to the computer and the bargraph on the recording page should light up indicating that audio is reaching the computer. If it does, then the issue is more than likely going to be with your DAW. I would suggest trying to uninstall and then re-install it. I have attached a jpeg showing the set up of the XR18 for Windows 10.

    Dear Team,

    We are Hoang Bao Khoa, a distributor of Music Tribe in Vietnam. We are looking for spare parts of woofer which is diaphragm.

    We know that your end sells woofer as a spare part. How about the diaphragm of woofer only?

    As our customers send us their feedback about this. When their Turbosound speakers have problem with woofer, they need to change the whole woofer instead of its diaphragm part only. This makes the fee for repairing increase. Meantime, JBL brand offers the smaller components of woofer (as in the picture), which reducing the cost much.

    Kindly advise if your end provide diaphragm as a spare part? Or any better suggestion?
