Hello @Kelv , welcome to the community.

I don't have a Crave so I can't tell you the screw size but you should be able to find out by measuring it.

Accurately measure the outside diameter of the threaded part in mm (or compare it to metric drill bits). Count how many threads there are over a 10mm length of the screw. The screw pitch is 10 divided by that count. So if you count 12.5 threads in 10mm, the pitch is 0.8mm. The diameter and pitch indicate the screw size. For example, a metric M6 screw has a 6mm diameter and a pitch of 1mm.

Other common metric sizes are shown in this table. If the screw does not match any of the common metric sizes there are other standards but I think this is unlikely.

      Hi Jem,

Last month I purchased two devices from Cyclone Analogic:

      https://www.cyclone-analogic.fr/en/85-drum-drone-tt-606-8606164010378.html

      https://www.cyclone-analogic.fr/en/34-bass-bot-tt-303-0701980493430.html

Because the former features around 8 drum tones, this will require quite a bit of real estate on one's mixer, should you wish to take full advantage of using individual outputs.  But you would then have the luxury of routing, or not routing, FX to certain instruments.  Also, this will enable to you apply varying degrees of EQ, as well as PAN positions, to any desired drum tones.

The mixer I have been looking at for some time is Behringer's own:

      https://www.behringer.com/Categories/Behringer/Mixers/Rackmount/RX1202FX/p/P0486#googtrans(en|en)

I prefer to carry a rackmount mixer (in a 2/3U case), personally.    This desk appears to feature the required specs I mention above.

I also have/play a Roland Juno 6 synth, Behringer Vocoder, and Behringer Poly-D - of which I was thinking of incorporating into this live set-up.  However, if I use 2/3 of these keyboards then I will have to sacrifice the individual outputs of the Cyclone Analogic Drum Drone.

      Many thanks,

      Paul

      Hi Jem,

Did you have a chance please, as yet, to give consideration towards my possible working scenario?  Your professional insight would be appreciated here.

      Hi Paul,

Seems you have already done plenty of research and would say that you've found the product which best suits. A suggestion would be to contact a retailer who offers a no quibble returns policy, this way you will be sure the product fits your requirements and return if not.

I do hope this helps and please understand that we have many requests on a daily basis so would be humanly impossible for me to offer one to one solutions/advice for every customer in a personal way, although will always do my upmost to help. I would urge you to please take advantage of our online manuals, user videos plus any 3rd party videos and advice which will help you make the right choice. Also why not consider offering your own suggestions to others on this community as the whole point of a community is to get everyone involved, taking part and helping each other out on topics such as this.

Please also do let us know if you have any ideas which we could add in to our community which would help you or anyone else here regards anything Music Tribe related.

      Many thanks.

    Hi folks,

I purchased a Behringer VC340 Vocoder recently.  I am trying to update the firmware via the synth tool app.

    (Please see screengrab below.)

The app informs me my device is currently outdated.  I have tried 3 times to update it but it just hangs.  I am not sure how LONG it typically takes to update?  On the 3rd attempt I left it for over 45 minutes!, but to no avail.

I am hoping that there are fellow forum members here who may have had a similar experience in this area, and who are able to share their insight and resolution tactics.

Many thanks in advance for any kind assistance offered here.

    Best,

    Paul David Seaman (UK)

      Hi,

I have been trying for over an hour to register the product and also create a ticket submission.  But their ridiculous system is just not allowing me to do so?  Despite completing each and every required detail, the submit/next button remains shaded grey.

This whole experience is so damn unacceptable! And even more so if the poor customer has to rely on a forum to resolve all and any issues!

      Thanks,

9 out of 10 times my Deepmind 12 won't connect through USB to the desktop App even though I see it listed in the input/output devices.

This was not happening before, but I haven't used the app for a couple months so I don't know if it was a recent update.

The device also shows on Ableton Live, but listed in red, so I can't select it to send or receive MIDI.

Disconnecting the USB cable works once every like 20 tries or so, it's very random.

I'm setting up my new Deepmind 12 for the 1st time. Just upgraded firmware and installed APP. It's connected via USB. I get MIDI signal on my DAW. But the Deepmind APP won't recognize it, it is Disconnected. How can I solve this?
I'm so excited, can't wait to move forward!
    Thanks!ScreenHunter 09.png

I'm having the same exact problem with a DM12 and Ableton. I can see the MIDI input on Ableton but the app shows no connection despite showing the Deepmind as an IN/OUT MIDI device (I can't tweak or load presets, etc. from the App).

    Hey there,

I have seen some posts regarding issues with the TC electronic G System and hoping someone out there might be able to help with the issue I am currently having with my unit.

My issue is this... I power the G System up and the LCD back light comes on but nothing else. No charaters displating on the screen isteslf, the right light screen to the left of the LCD screen does not come one, button lights do not work, no edit functionality and no sound (see image of the unit turned out attached).

I have tried replacing the Cat5 cable but to no avail. I've read some posts that a firmware update might work but haven't tried that. Just wondering if anyone out there has encountered this problem and identified how to fix it (ideally with out a costly repair)?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks,

      Hello Pat,

My name is William Reichling, and I am with the musictribe customer solutions team. I would be more than happy to help you solve this issue with your G-system. Usually, a simple firmware update should clear the problems you are experiencing. If you need some help with this, you can direct message me. I can walk you through the update process to get your G-system up and running again.

Users with an earlier G-system software version need to update to 3.0 prior to using this firmware updater.

      https://service.tcgroup.tc/g-systemsoftware.asp

      https://www.tcelectronic.com/Categories/Tcelectronic/Guitar/Effects-Processors/G-SYSTEM/p/P0CKX/Downloads#googtrans(en|en)

In order to upgrade your G-System to the latest software you need the following:

      • a G-System with minimum software version 3.0 installed

      • a PC with USB port running Windows XP, Vista and Win 7 (32 or 64 bit)

      • a Mac with USB port running OSX 10.4.1; 10.5; 10.6 or 10.7

      • a standard USB cable

G-System - Application software load procedure.

The software update procedure requires a PC or Mac with a USB port.

Your existing user presets should not be affected by the update, but we suggest that you make a safety backup (of global settings and user presets) using the G-system Editor.

      1. Connect the PC or Mac to the G-System USB port.

      2. (Re)start the G-system software updater application.

      3. Select an output device: G-System is shown as "USB Audio device".

      4. Select an input device: G-System is shown as "USB Audio device."

      5. Click the UPDATE button. G-System will now receive the firmware update...

      6. Wait until G-System restarts automatically...

IMPORTANT: After successful firmware update, G-system will show the software version in the startup splash screen. If it doesn't restart, then please have patience and wait up to 1 minute before powering off G-System.

      TROUBLESHOOTING:

In case of persistent errors, disconnect the power cable to the G-System for 10 seconds, then connect it again and retry the software update procedure.

Please refer to www.tcelectronic.com for release notes.

      Hi William,

Thanks for your response. I updated the firmware from v3 to v4.05 last night and everything is back up and running again. The fix literally took a couple of minutes and was extremely straightforward.

      Thanks for your help!

    Hi!!

I've bought a Behringer u.phoria UM2 in order to rec my guitar in Garageband. I've got a Macbook air, not the latest realese, with a "MacOS Mojave". I've plug in the cable to the usb and the audiophile seems to work, considering indicator lights. I've managed general settings imposing "USB Audio CODEC" as input and output. I've also modified MIDI audio configuration. All seem set up to play but Garangeband literally doesn't identify the sound of my guitar, as it wouldn't be connected! the app automatically recognize the USB input and the presence of the interface but do not recognize guitar sound. I've tried to modify any type of setting, but there is no way.. What could be the problem? any suggestion?

    Thank you so much,

Check that the Mic Privacy settings allow Garageband access to the mic - it also affects USB sound interfaces. See Mac Mic Privacy.

Can you play tracks out to the UM2 and hear them in the headphone output? When you play your guitar, does the SIG LED flash? Are you recording a stereo track in Garageband? If you are recording a mono track it would need to take the right side of the stereo input. I cannot help you with Garageband settings for this.

Hello Colla, have you downloaded the UM2 drives from the Behringer site? If not you can go to the support page and download the ASIO4ALL drive. This should resolve the issue. Thanks.

the garageband sig led doesn't work, i've tried to record with  headphones or directly the guitar with the integrated microphone. It's strange, properly like there was a setting that doesn't allow me to record. Some years ago there wasn't this problem, indeed I recorded freely

Hello I have  Behringer VMX1000USB mixer and need help connecting a Behringer Equilizer Ultragraph Pro FBQ 1502 to the mixer.

Also, both the mixer and EQ have a crossover with sub woofer out puts, which would be the best to connect the sub to, or is either fine? Please forgive me, I'm a complete newb.

      Hi Chris @Hodgey1

Welcome to the forum. Connect the left and right outputs of the mixer to the respective inputs of the EQ. The connect the EQ left and right outputs to the respective inputs of the amp (or powered speakers). For the sub, either output would work fine.

No it is not possible. That is part of the X32/M32 design limitations.
