      CIAO,

Ti consiglio di rimuovere completamente i driver e provare a reinstallarli di nuovo.

      Per fare questo è necessario:

      1. vai a Gestione dispositivi

      2. selezionare disinstalla per il dispositivo e fare clic sull'opzione per rimuovere tutti i file associati al dispositivo

      3. scollegare il dispositivo

      4. riavviare

      5. reinstallare i driver

      6. infine collegare il dispositivo.

È importante installare i driver PRIMA di collegare il dispositivo in quanto il dispositivo collegato durante l'installazione può bloccare alcune risorse di sistema.

      Spero che sia di aiuto,

      Ken

    Hi,

I own a Bugera 1960 (no Infinium) The amp is great, but also very loud. The only attenuator available is the Bugera PS1, but it can only take 100 watts. But the 1960 has 150 watts ... Can I still use the PS1? Can I replace the rheostat with a stronger one? Which rheostat is built into the PS1 (100 Watt / 50 Ohm)?

At the moment I use a volume box in the loop-in path, but I don't know the difference between the Attenuator and the volume box.

    Thanks for your help.

The attenuator can replace the speaker cabinet. You can run the head without a cabinet connected if there is an attenuator (they have line out). A volume in the loop always need a cabinet connected to the amp.

The 1960 does not have master volume so I would not use the PS1.

Received the TD-3 recently and I really like it. Solid sound, good build quality (even if it's not a metal case). What I really liked was that you announced that there will be a program to edit the sequencer. The original sequencer is... well, it's from 1981 and was not really intuitive. It's not bad and shaped a lot of sounds by that way. But here we are, 2019. And there is the Synth Tool to edit the sequencer.

    Regarding Synth Tool:

-Since DAWs will exclusivly take control of the connection to the device, you can't use a DAW and the synth Tool simultaneous (or you have to deactivate the MIDI-control within the DAW every time and then open the tool, no real solution)

-While editing the sequencer, it will always start in full screen with no option to resize the window. Users with higher resolutions will waste a lot of space. Just imagine a user with a ultra wide screen. Half of the screen would be literally unused.
Here is a picture of using a 27" monitor with a resolution 2560x1440 (you can't take screenshots of synth tool, a bit weird,  so I took a photo the old-fashioned way).

    TD_3_2.jpg

    Regarding the TD-3 in general:

-external sequencers are a big thing in today's music production and the TD-3 has MIDI in and a USB-port to receive MIDI too

-However there is no option to use the slide-function by MIDI (you can use accent by velocity, thanks for implementing that)

-if you take a look at the MB33 by MAM, you will see that they trigger the slide by playing more than one note at the time - I don't know how if it's possible to implement that function since it may need additional circuits, but maybe the engineers can take a look at that.

In a modern enviroment you can't use the full potential of the TD-3. Recently you asked if we want you to create Synth VSTs on facebook. Do it! Not another VST instrument nobody cares about, a VST to control the TD-3 hardware. To control the sequencer. By this you can easily access all functions within the DAW - including slide. Since a few synths of your company share the same sequencer (like Crave, Odyssey,  MS-1 or Poly-D and many more) you only have to program that once and can easily reuse that programming parts for newer synths and their VSTs. Great scaling effect. The best part of it: only a few competitors make use of that (for example the Sub 37 from Moog has a powerful editor where you can control everything of the synth - you could make a Model D MK2 with the real warp drive - of course this would require a lot of change in the circuits themself). By this you could differentiate from your competitors and make another unique selling point beside the good price-performance.

    Mockup TD-3 VST within Ableton:

    Mockup_TD3.jpg

And you could even add many more features like only showing notes of a certain scale.

Hi there! Did you get the TD to be triggered by Cubase and get it running in sync? Can’t  get my head around it in logic.

Just got my TC Electronic Polytune 3 with Bonafide Buffer, I opened up the backcover to change the DIP-switch. Underneath the metal cover is only a black plastic cover (see picture). Is this a production error? is the DIP-switch under the black cover or not there at all?

The manual/instruction that came with it confirms there should be a DIP-switch in the upper left corner. What is the purpose of the black plastic? can I cut into it? or would that damage anything?

      Hi Solid Edge,

thanks for the note. I have come across one other customer with the same issue and it turned out that the wrong plastic cover was installed at factory that misses the cu-touts to access the dip switches.

      it should look like this:

      pt3 dip switches.PNG

could you carefully remove the plastic cover and have a look ?  in any case,we will exchange the product- i'm not sure the care team has the plastic covers as a spare part. where are you located?

      Best,

      Mike

Every pan option I find in the software affects everyone including the mains. I did find one that I can pan left (seond pic), but it doesn't change the right. I can do it manually, but that seems like huge waste of time every time I need and adjustment.

    Mix.jpgMix2.jpgpan.jpg

Basically I need it do linked volume change but instead of rasing both it does +20 to the left it does -20 from the right. Much like the pan feature on the P16 works and only affects the bus.

Hi Dustin, welcome to the forum.

      1. Your first picture shows the channel to Main LR pan control. This positions the channel in the Main LR mix.

      2. The second picture shows to channel to stereo linked buses pan. This positions the channel in the stereo linked bus pair.

      3. The third picture shows the bus to Main LR pan. This positions the bus(es) in the Main LR mix.

If you want to pan the vocal channel in the stereo linked buses for an IEM feed, use control 2.

If either 2 or 3 affect the Main LR mix, the monitor bus is being fed to the main mix. To fix this, select the bus, open the Main tab and click the LR button to turn it off (grey).

All these pan controls follow the same law: The side you pan towards will be progressively boosted by a small amount (up to 3dB), the side that you pan away from will be cut progressively (down to off).

Ok, I see. I've have it not affecting the Mains now thanks! How do I get the pan to adjust and not affect all the other buses?

I'm trying to get it so my bus pan settings (Dustin) don't affect Marvin's bus pan settings. That way we can set up our pans seperally based on stage postiion if we want.

      @DustinRad

If you use the pan controls on the channel's Sends tab, there is a separate control for Bus 1/2 (Dustin) and Bus 3/4 (Marvin). Adjusting either should not affect the other bus pair.

    Hello,
I mostly connect stereo line in sources to XR18. Those are PC, Gaming Console, Music player. Unfortunately almost all of them come with static noise. There is a simple Noise Gate enabled, but the noise is still here once the sound becomes active. Right now I am using cheap static noise remover from Aliexpress and it does the job. How is it possible to achieve the similar result using mixer effects?
    Thanks.noisegate.jpg

Tried Synthtool V1.3.1 on Mac & Windows but can't update my Vocoder VC 340. Current Version is 1.0.3. The device is connected via USB. My Internet connection works but all I get is "Failed, check network and press retry".
    Any help? Thanks!

Got the same issue. It worked about a month ago though. I was trying to check for updates for my Odyssey over the last few days but constantly got the same error. They are probably incorporating the latest synths (K-2 / RD-8) into the tool and took it down for maintenance. Would be nice though to hear something official from Behringer.

Hi @hbrice , welcome to the forum.

If you want separate mixes for the three monitor feeds and also separate control of the sub output, you should consider getting an XR18. Most small analogue desks do not have enough Aux buses for multiple monitor feeds.

You could use the X1222USB if you drive all three monitors from the single Mon output and if your subs include built-in crossover filters so they can be run from the Main outputs along with the other FOH speakers.

TC Booster + Line Driver and Distortion footswitch is not working. Pedal is on, but the footswitch no longer works and I can't turn the pedal off. Does anyone know if the switch can be replaced, and if those switches are possible to find?TC ELECTRONIC BOOSTER.jpg
