    Behringer x32 producer mixer, my sdcard cannot mount, what is the solution, I have tried updating the firmware but it can't

      Nigel67 Hi nank010879agus. Can you confirm how this occurred please? Was it after an upgrade or just powering on the console one day? It looks like either the micro sd card has failed or possibly needs reseating. Please can you raise a Technical Support ticket and we will be able to help you further.     Hello i just have xr16 but software show input have signal but outputs have no sound I try buses but nothing please help me

      RobbyWingfield Hi Marlonjahir, Robby with Music Tribe here, make sure channel 1 is assign to LR (in the individual channel settings) and that your Monitor output is set to LR AFL and that your Master fader is turned up (Setup>Monitor>Monitor Settings).

    Hello,
    
    I have my effects on the console as you can see. The effect 1 and 2 works and the 4 too but not my phaser (3).
    
    But if I put the phaser on mix bus 9 it works.
    I therefore conclude that it is my mixbus 11 which is not correct? any ideas to help me?
    
    At the level of the routing, the mixbuses are in postfader

    I have a problem with my sd multi track 32 recorder. 
    I manage to record but the problem is that if I record a microphone in chanel 1, in playback it comes out in chanel 16??

    In the appendix I put the photos of my routing, maybe that's the problem?
    I use AES50

    Rooting :

    - Input : AES-50 1-8 (Record)
    - Input : Card 1-8 (Play)
    - Cards out : Card 1-8

      Nigel67 Hi dd2402. If you are using an IO box connected to AES50A, then you assign AES50 A 1-8 and AES50 A 9-16 to inputs 1-8 and 9-16 which it appears that you have done. To send these 16 channels to the sd card recorder, you will need to assign the 16 inputs to the first 16 card outputs. If you want to tap straight off the input, then go into the Card tab and assign AES50 A 1-8 and AES50 A 9-16 to Card Outputs 1-8 and Card Outputs 9-16. You will now be sending the 16 inputs to tracks 1-16 on the sd card. If you don't want the tap straight off the Mic input, then you will need to set up the Direct Outputs on the OUT 1-16 tab and assign those with your desired tap point to the Card outputs. To return the 16 tracks back to the 16 inputs, you switch to Play mode and assign Card Inputs 1-8 and 9-16 to Inputs 1-8 and 9-16 which again it appears that you have done, so I think your problem may be in assigning the AES50 A channels to the Card outputs. Hopefully this link to a video showing the set up will help. It is from the older pre V4 software but the routing is the same.     Hello!  

     

    There are three latches that keep this unit together when transporting - one on top and one on each side, totalling 3.  One of my side latches is broken (showed up that way right out of the box) and I'm wondering if it can be replaced - any advice?

      Nigel67 Hi holygoat420, I would advise that you contact the shop that you purchased the unit from and request a DOA replacement if under 30 days from new. If the catch is broken, then it is more than likely the box has been dropped, and this could have caused further hidden damage inside the unit which may show up later - possibly even after the warranty runs out.

    Just noticed when I submitted a ticket for an issue with a different product that the Tribe says my previous issue was solved when it absolutely was not?? Anyone else have this issue?
