Hello, I've purchased a used BCF2000, the problem is when in zero position, the 1st fader is slightly below the rest of the fader.

I've tried run the calibration use method: turn off > hold learn button > turn on > release learn button, but the problem is still there.

Is there any physical adjustment to the fader, to align with the rest fader?

I have a BEHRINGER 911A DUAL TRIGGER DELAY and I guess I need BEHRINGER 962 INTERFACE to convert the normal eurorack trigger sugnal into an "S trigger". I just bought the 961 interface so how do I patch the normal clock trigger into the 961 interface to get the S trigger out so I can patch it to the 911 dual trigger delay input?

Just got my new X-touch. Plugged it in and powered up, but nothing happens (only the jog dial lights up its white ring). Any suggestions to try?

Hoping I can fix it with something simple (factory reset maybe?) before I return it to Amazon.

    Thanks

Nigel67 Hi shibiwan, please can you try upgrading the unit following the video link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4ZKXVXQP8g. If that doesn't work and the unit is under 30 days old then contact Amazon and request a doa replacement.

A band I do sound for has a live zoom radio interview tomorrow night. I pulled out my Behringer XR12, connected it to the wifi, and loaded up X-Air edit.  Needless to say the mixer hasn't been used in over a year due to covid.  I'm getting full scale levels (See attachment) with nothing plugged in, lots of static, and no audio out from USB player or mic in any channel.  I've reset the unit and tried a different power outlets, I'm out of ideas and afraid I'm out of luck.  Has anyone seen this behavior?  Am I looking at a service ticket situation?

    Thanks

Nigel67 Hi wah0808. I can only think that you are missing one of the analogue rails for this to happen. When you said that you reset the unit, was that a factory reset? There is a small hole in the access point logo. There is a switch behind the hole. With the unit powered, hold the switch in for around 12 seconds and release. You will feel the switch activate with a small click. Once you let go the unit will have factory reset. If that doesn't work, then please fill out a Technical Support ticket and we will help you further regarding getting the unit repaired. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit the ticket. many thanks

An analog VCO module and an authentic reproduction of the original ARP 2600 circuitry that can fit in a standard Eurorack case. The best part? It’s at a very affordable price. Mix the 2600-VCO in with your existing rig or start your modular synth journey from here.

List Price: $99 (in stock and immediately shipping from our factory)

I bought an Infinium X1 crossfader (serial number S200900032954) as a replacement for my DDM4000 mixer (serial number S1500259167, date code 1503).

The installation instructions look straight forward, though getting the three-cable plug into the spare socket the DDM4000 has for a replacement crossfader is a bit fiddly.
However, once installed it does not work: It lights up, but moving the crossfader has no influence on the audio signal between the selected channels of the mixer.
There is one post here from about a year ago which desribes the same problem but it unfortunately received no answer.
    https://community.musictribe.com/discussions/171200/306533/x1-infinium

I submitted a support ticket to Behringer three days ago but have not heard back from them.

There are many post on various online forums describing this exact problem (and also reporting that the non-functioning crossfader is getting very hot when connected "as is"). People claim that you need to cut the two outside wires of the three-wire cable and switch them around before connecting the Infinium X1 with the DDM4000.
Surely, I do not have to do a DIY soldering job to connect a genuine Behringer spare part with a Behringer mixer?!?!?!
What is the problem here? Has the socket on the DDM4000 been soldered on the wrong way around in the factory or is the plug at the end of the wire of the X1 soldered on the wrong way around?

    What is the solution, please?

PS: The marketing blurb for the X1 says "Complete installation instructions and a dedicated toolkit are provided for your convenience."
The installation instruction contain a picture (see attached) which says "Possible only with DDM4000" which is difficult to interpret. I think it's meant to show that the DDM4000 has a spare socket to connect the cable, but I am open to hear other interpretations.
Also, the "dedicated toolkit" is a flathead screwdriver, when in fact all screws you need to losen and tighten for the job on the Behringer equipment are Phillips. The documentation even shows all screws and the screwdriver to be Phillips, not a single flathead as the included screwdriver.... Bizarre.
Is this whole product a bit of a cock-up?

      • Infinium X1 replacement crossfader in DDM4000 mixer
kevinruairi Hi there Nigel. I have the same issue as Yemsky. My 3-pin crossfader on my DDM4000 stopped working. I bought an Infinium X1 from Thomann, and installed it in the right hand side of the mixr, with zero effect. The X1 gave no responses at all. And it doesn't seem possible to purchase the generic version of this crossfader any more for replacement.

Can you please let me know what my options are for getting this X1 repaired, as Yemsky seems to have done below? I do not have access to a soldering gun, and wouldn't have the skills to do this either. I can send to Ampman Audio Services for repair if required.

Thanks and hope to hear back from you soon.

        Kind regards, Kevin

Yemsky OK, so I finally have my DDM4000 back with a working Infinium X1.
Initially, a second X1 from Amazon had the same issue but after this was escalated by Behringer support as a warranty case to their service provider Ampman Audio Services they re-wired the cross fader and it solved the problem.
The documentation (according to Behringer and AAS) of the wiring is not conclusive but it appears that there is a batch of incorrectly wired Infinium X1 out in retail / eTail. If you are good with the soldering gun you might dare do it yourself, but it was a good service experience, free of charge, though it took exactly one month from initial purchase to getting back a working mixer.

I am having difficulty in finding a way to hearing the built in effects when selecting a channel solo.

In the Monitor settings I have selected LR AFL but I can only hear the dry signal... no matter what I select.

Can someome please guide me on how to solve this problem?

      DavidKnighton Hello leSugnu,
AFL stands for AFTER FADER LISTEN. This means when you solo a channel, you are listening to the signal "after" or "post" the fader level position. If you solo a channel and do not hear effects, it is most likely because the effect is not present on that channel, or the fader is turned all the way down. When using the built in effects in a send/return configuration, you will need to solo the FX RETURN channels in order to hear the output of the rack effect. If the FX RETURN channel fader is all the way down, you will not hear any effect in the Main L/R mix.

      • XR18 - Using Solo and hearing AFL
IeSugnu Thank You For Replying. I couldn't select the effects together with the dry signal, because in the "GUI Pref", Exclusive Solo was selected. Unticking it solved the problem.
