    Hello,

    We have a Behringer X32 being used for a church.  It is attached to a snake (SD16).  The stage monitor is  hooked up to a SD16 (using output 1 on the snake).  Mixbus 1 has been set to send the monitor to the output on the snake.  12 Microphones go to Mixbus 1.  

    A few weeks ago, the monitors stopped working.  We have tried setting up the routing table as per the instructions in the manual, have checked the network cable (it works) .. in fact, we've checked all the cables.  The inputs on the snake work: the drum microphones go through the inputs on the snake as well as 1 wired microphone, and I can hear the drums through the mains mix and see the individual levels for all mics working.  The rest of the microphones do not hook up to the snake - rather, they are plugged in directly to the X32 microphone inputs.  

    Right before the monitors stopped working, there were reports of popping/crackling noises coming over the mains output.  I've checked the network cable and in fact, replaced it with a new Cat 5 cable.  

    I've attached the routing table for the input and the AES A output.   Many questions are on my mind, but the simplest would be: is the routing table correct.  Would there be any way to test the hardware, as the possibility is that the snake may have problems with its hardware.  

    What other things should I be doing here in terms of trying to troubleshoot this machine?  Any advice would be gratefully received!

      DaveMorrison We need a bit more information to get a complete picture. The routing for what "Output 1-16' (in the patch point section) is crucial. The routing set here are then sent to AES50 bus. Your AES50 setting look like they might be correct (depending the setting in the "Output 1-16" section. The "Out" switch on the SD16 has to set correctly also. It depends on how things are set in the "Output 1-16" section.

      GaryHiggins The crackle and popping is a typical sign of poor cat cable connection or lack of shielded Cat cable WITH ethercons in use. It's a symptom of ESD. If you replaced it with NEW cable it should still work, even if with incorrect cable choices and construction. If your routing is correct (I don't see the table on this Mac) and your cable is new, It may need to be repaired. You might consider trying your Cat cable in port B instead of A. Maybe the A port is damaged. If you can post your scene file that would also help with the routing.

    I contacted the help desk in order to obtain a replacement power amp for for my BH250, and recieved an invoice indicating the parts that I needed, but so far (4 weeks later) nobody has picked up the phone in order for me to actually order the parts. I have left messages on their answerphone, but I've heard nothing.

    Does anybody actually work there?

    Can someone from Behringer reach out to me on ticket CAS-504194-G3T2K3?  I see that it was closed yesterday and no one has contacted me.  It needs to be reopened.  I need a part number for the frequency sweep pot (6-pin, no detent) because it doesn't work on 1 channel of my Behringer PMP6000 powered console.

    I have attached the section of the schematic with the needed pot highlighted.  It is a 500KC pot.

      NicJonesMT Your License has now been deposited to your iLok account.

      Please login to your iLok License Manager account, Right click on the license and select the location you would like to activate it to (Physical iLok or your Machine).
      You will then need to download the Installers from the product page from the TC Electronic Download Centre.

      Once activated and installed you will be able to use your new software.
