    Hey folks,

One of my Tannoy Gold 8 monitors stopped working yesterday and I wonder if it is just a blown fuse.

But I can not find a fuse near the power input.

Anyone know where the fuse is found?

    Thanks,

    eric

    Hey all!

I have a new Voicetone C1, to use live and imprint on studio vocals while recording. I currently have it running from the mic to a UA Apollo Twin Interface, into the computer. I've moved cables around, updated to latest firmware and have tried two different mics, Shure SM7B and Neumann TLM 103. No matter what I do when I'm using the voice tuning, it constantly pops throughout the audio.

    Any fixes?

    Hi,

I have an Behringer FBQ3102HD Graphic Equalizer and have just bought a Behringer QX1832USB mixing desk.

While the QX1832USB mixing desk has a built in graphic equalizer, I want to be able to use the 31 band FBQ3102HD Graphic Equalizer to get better control of the feedback frequencies than the more limited EQ on the QX1832USB.

What I wanted to do was to mix the inputs on a bus and then output this to the graphic equalizer and then return the output back to the QX1832USB mixing desk and route to the Main bus for output to speakers.

Is this possible? And if so can you let me know exactly to connect it and what switches need to be set.

Thank you for any help you can provide

RobbyWingfield Hi there, this is Robby with Music Tribe. There is no need to route the signal back into the mixer once it goes to the EQ and could potentially create a feedback loop. You can send your output as you've described through the EQ and then go directly into the amplifier and speakers.

Thank you, I aggree. The potential for a feedback loop is an important point.

Nigel67 I have found your case number CAS-590728-W4R1D2 and can only apologise for the time that it is taking for the Service Team to set up a repair for you. I have messaged the Team now and asked them to reply as soon as possible. Very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

Hi! I have a problem with mounting Perform VE to mic stand. I went to local music shop and tried to mount it to 3 different mic stands, but non of them worked. They were standard mic stands, but they were too wide to mount. It made me think it might come with a wrong part and it's because I bought it in Japan? Also do you have specific mic stands that you recommend?

I already watched a Mic Stand Mount Tutorial on youtube. I just have a hard time to find a mic stand which fits to the Perform VE.

Please let me know if you can help me! Thank you so much!

      NicJonesMT Hi There.
The Mic Mount is universal and should clip onto most stands. It is a bit stiff/tough to clip on as this prevents the VE from slipping once mounted.
If the Mic stand is too thick on the base section, try extending the stand up and mounting to one of the higher segments.

I just purchased a ditto looper and am trying to determine if the firmware is up to date. Attempting to run the firmware update program on Mac I discover that the update program to do this is outdated. Can you help?

      NicJonesMT Hi Bobgray123.
We have raised this with the development team. At this time the only option would be to run the updater on a Mac with an older Operating system or to run the updater on a PC.

I am having trouble configing the routing for this setup. I unfortunetly have leanred that my AES50 B port on my DL16 is not functional out of box (did not realize this until I tried to ad a second device to it about a year and a half after purchase). So far I can get both the X32rack and the M32R to connect and work properly with the DL16 on the AES50 A port, but I cannot seem to get the X32rack and M32R to route I/O to each other. They are visible with each other upon connection, but they are not seeming to route. I will checking for firmware updates tonight, but otherwise these devices are not doing what I want them to do. Any assistance on this setup would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the setup and I am getting various replies that either are not working or not applicable

I tour with a x32 Rack in case with S32 . Most shows I run FOH and Mons myself on the one console sub groups 1-12 monitors and 13 - 16 as FOH outputs.

There are times I need to give FOH to the venue and in these cases I give a digital split from (B) port and that is that as they are driving FOH that is not attached to my equipment. Easy as no returns via AES50 port to stage box.

The one scenario I cannot seem to get the correct routing for is as follows

x32 Rack as MON on stage with S32 Stage Box. I prefer to keep the gain control at MON as we will always control our stage BUT can lock gain and have HA shared.

At FOH I want a simple cat 5 to a FOH position where they will get stages 32 INPUTS  as well as the band of 4 returns to stage for Talkback, Sub, Left and Right,

I have tried every configuration and I cannot find the one that allows the MON console to  drive 12 outputs on S32 for stage monitors and IEMS and S32 channels 13 - 16 be driven from FOH for mains, anyone I would appreciate it

I just want to say this is the worst technical support I have ever experienced. I have a legitimate issue with my product and there is no one to help. I will definitely never be buying a product from this company again.
