    I am using the Harmony Singer 2 and am trying to send the XLR output to a 1/4" TS input on a guitar multi effects pedal.  I purchased the LiveWire low impedance to high impedance adaptor, but the signal is too hot for the effects pedal.  All adaptors I'm seeing have 50K ohm output.  How does one connect the Harmony Singer 2 to guitar effects pedals without signal problems?

    Love this pedal except, for the life of me, I can't get a reverse delay effect as good as my Line 6 DL4 reverse.  I've tried using FB II x 4 standard reverse options, customized a reverse patch using Tone Print, experimented with tap tempos, subdivisions, and the obvious delay, feedback, level inputs.  I can't seem to get the reverse to sync as well as the DL4 with the music I'm playing.  Any suggestions or tips?

    My iPad crashes every time I tap on effects icon in  M32 app.

    Any solutions ?

      Unfortunately we have found compatibility issues and released the following statement on our social media platforms and also as many Forums as possible at the beginning of November.

      For users of the iPad M-Air and X-Air Applications:

      We DO NOT recommend updating the iOS as, currently, there are compatibility issues that we cannot resolve with the existing code base.

      A new cross-platform app is currently being worked on. The first version is in Beta testing, and we aim to provide the full feature set as quickly as possible.

    Good afternoon,
     
    This message concerns two products that we have had in repair for over a year now. Both units have been properly entered in MusicTribe as indicated yet I have had no help of information regarding what to do with them. 
     
    I had sent over 30 messages earlier this year and all went unanswered.
     
    If someone can please issue a credit for these two cases so they can finally be closed after sitting in the warehouse for over a year, that would be appreciated.

    I'm having problems with my Ditto. The green light is flashing, like it has a recording strored, but when I press it nothing happens. I've tired to erase/clear the recording so I can re1record but it doesn't let me delete the old recording, again, nothing happens when I click the pedal. What do I need to do to reset the pedal? I have already unplugged the unit, turned my pedal board off, but nothing seems to work.

    I am trying to digitize my reel to reel tapes from the 60s and 70s but all the output is in mono - I can see from Audacity and from what I can hear. I'd like to re-scan the tapes if possible to give me the vintage sound I remember. I'm running Windows 10 on my Dell computer. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Can someone help me set up an aux as a subgroup on an xr18? I found a youtube video on doing it with windows, but no video doing it with ipad app. Thanks so much in advance!

      Nigel67 Hi soundtechmike. If you select an input channel, then go into the SENDS tab at the top of the page, then click on the ADVANCED tab in the top right hand corner of the page. Click on the Bus Send that you want to make a Sub Group and to the right hand side of the Bus/Effect Sends there is a list of options and at the bottom is SubGroup. Click on this and your Bus Send is now set as a SubGroup for that input channel. It is not a Global switch for assigning that Bus Send as a Sub Group on all inputs, you need to assign each input channel individually. Hope this helps.
