    My aging, but awesome RH750 has recently started losing its knobs and I am having trouble sourcing replacements in Perth Western Australia. Any suggestions???

    Hi, I know how to record live performances but I can't find any method of replaying the recordings? Any idea anyone? If I take the thumb drive to another device, the audio level is very low, any particular reason?

    Hi I bought Flashback 2 Delay sometime ago. I have heard somewhere it's not for commercial use! I want to know is that true?

    Can I use my Flashback 2 Delay or other TC electronic pedals for live shows and commercial use?  Thanks!

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Skyblue, yes, it is ok to use your pedal and any other TC pedal for these purposes. There are many artists who use our products for these instances.
      Would it be possible to share the source of this information?

    Hello, can I ask why you removed the sound maxer from the wing or is it possible to update and adjust it with a mixer like in x32

      The Sound Maxer should be available in each channel (In the filter section).

    I recently purchased the Behringer UMC-1820 audio interface. i have succesfully downloaded the necessary up to date drivers. through the headphone 1/4 port i can get audio from the devives i have into the inputs, and tracks from ableton live11. 

    however, when i go online to youtube or any other website i cannot get any sound through my speakers, but am still able to hear my keyboard thats pluuged in and switch to ableton live and get sound from there. 

    any help would be greatly appriciated! im running windows 10 pro 64 bit.

      Please provide a screen shot of your Audio IO settings in Ableton and a photo of how you have the parameters set on the UMC.

      Telemadness1 I too have open Care Tickets with no response from anyone at Music Tribe. 2 of my Care Tickets have even been Cancelled without anyone contacting me !

    Good morning,
     
    I have your TC helicon VoiceLive 3 unit. I saw on youtube that a guy posted a short video of useful tips and tricks. One of the tips was to shut off Mic Clip protection. He went into setup,...input, and turning the large dial once to the right. However, Mic Clip protection does not show up on my LV3. Any thoughts, or is this only available if I do a firmware update?   Help!!

      Can you confirm that you have the latest Firmware version installed?
      This is done through the Voicesupport 2 application. You can download this from the "Software" section of the Product Page. It may be that the user in the video has a different firmware version installed to what you have.

      Thank you for your response. As of yet, I have not done any firmware updates. I have been hesitant after reading problems others have had with their firmware updates.

    I just bought a behringer UMC202HD from a private seller from Facebook marketplace. How can I register my product? Do I need to do a liscence transfer?
