      Hi Ross, 


       


      Welcome to the community.  The "S1803" at the beginning of the SN means March 2018.  You'd need to figure out the cutover date to determine if it's a V1 vs. V2. 


       


      EDIT: Based on Amazon "first listed date" of December 3, 2015 for the V1 and January 9, 2019 for V2 I suspect that's a V1.  Certainly not scientific by any means. I'd probably reach out to Turbosound to confirm the SN you have.

      The onnly way to reach any Music Tribe company these days is via the CARE portal.  You'll have to create an account and open a ticket.  You should get an auto-reply telling you someone will contact you within one business day. Be patient as that's more like a week these days.

      If you are in the US, you might also want to give Sweetwater a call. They may be able to tell you the V2 "release date" which would be more definitive.

    Hi, i have Equ Klark Teknik DN360 and i see Pin 3 hot.

    I want to connect between Dac Benchmark and Mc275 mcintosh hifi audio power amp by XLR.

    Dac Bencmark and Mcintosh power amp use Pin 2 hot, pin 1 Grnd and Pin 3 Cold. Its necessary invert cables ?

      Hello Matias, welcome to the community.


       


      I believe the DN360 inputs and outputs are unbalanced (unless the optional transformers are fitted). I think it would be best to use phase invert cables or adapters in case the other units do not have fully balanced inputs and outputs.

      The transformer option was quite expensive. Odds are that your unit doesn't have them. You could just connect it and see if it works. If not try something like this on the inputs and outputs.

    I have a 5.1.4 system with Tannoy XT8F (FL/FR), Tannoy Decision 6T SE (SL/SR), 4x Tannoy XT6 as heights and an arendal sub2.

    The center is a way too small center - it might be useful in small rooms with small sized bookshelf speakers, but absolutely undersized with the XT8F speakers. So i am looking for something that sounds good in combination with the Tannoy XT8F. Can anyone recommend something?

    Hi,

    I recently purchase an TurboSound product (20 days a go) and My IX15 that really like star with a sound Noise Scratch, so i tried to contac Support and thats my Story...

    You guys (TursboSound) just provide Contact via WebPortal, and we can say is not an issue but if the Answer or response is Acceptable, in my case i consider the Support Terrible, i had my trouble Ticket Number and nothing about answer.

    Support is so important part as a Sale, please don't forget that, i am still "Watting" by TurboSound

    I'm trying to set up my new equalizer but have discovered that the RCA inputs are a little too wide for the plugs! Which means that the plugs slip out of the inputs. Should I return it, or is there a remedy?

      Welcome to the community. This is usually caused by a worn out cable not the input jacks themselves.  Can you take a picture of the plugs and jacks so we can have a look?

      When this happens to me , I take a pair of needle nose pliers or a pair of small wir cutters and put a slight kink/bend in the RCA plugs outer shell in order to get a tight fit.  The RCA plugs center pin usually fits tight enough to not bother with.

    Hi, I've been using an Xr-18 for a few years now and have never had problems with the XAir app, but these days ago I updated IOS to version 13.2.2 and to my surprise was that the app is no longer working as it should. Can anyone help me regarding this? What should I do ? The latest app update is over 2 years old, will anyone solve this?

    Hi, I keep trying to raise a support ticket for my mixer but can't get anywhere... the DX626 isn't listed as an option, plus even when I choose a different mode I can't submit the ticket: I just get a constant 'loading' symbol.

    One of the phono ports on the mixer has died, meaning I get no sound from that speaker. Mixer is well within its warranty but I can't get through to customer service!

    Can anyone help?

    I have an original mXC Centre speaker for my cinema room set .18 years old and purée the. So much so I purchased a second hand one for another room set up. But it has a fault sound only comes from the tweeter and nothing from the two other speakers. The cabinate is perfect not been dropped and all connection posts are good. I tested on my original amp then put back my original speaker and that sounds great. So I know it’s not a cable or amp fault. Can anyone help please ideas
