    I recently purchased a Crave, it was secondhand, it's been calibrated and updated using the latest Firmware from Synthtool.

    The issue is I am unable to play different notes the keyboard meaning it is Stuck on the same Note! No matter which button I press there is no change in pitch but there is a change in the octave....

    Does anyone have any solutions to this issue as I really want to get on with making music and this issue Sucks?

    hi i had my swing delivered yesterday, and have foung that half the keys, from about where the midi chanels start dont play unless i hit them fairly hard, just gental then i get no note changing the octive makes no change,,,, any ideas or do i need return it

      Can you please provide a detailed description of exactly how you have the Swing setup (Including connections to other devices/software), and the Firmware/SynthTribe version that you are using.

      From there we will be able to advise you further.

    My BQ250 drops in power and sometimes cuts out after about an hour of use !

    I have one of the reversed active/passive switch models  ! 

    Anyone out there ever get to the bottom of this ?

    Or is it for the BIN ?

    I should say the speaker is a new 4 ohm

      When it cuts out does the amp feel hot?
      Do you have it installed in a Rack unit or other enclosed area where it isn't being ventilated properly?

      Looks like you are not familiar with the BQ250, it is not a Rack Mount amp and it does not heat up

    Has anyone else had problems with the reverb/eq/power attenuator on their T5 Head? I have only had the amp for a month and didn't log any "rough sessions" with it. One day I was jamming and turned the volume down, on my guitar, so I could hear someone talk. Then I turned the volume up and heard, "pop" it started producing strange LoFi Harmonics and "noise". Sounds like a glass coke bottle with a rusty spring in and drunk snake hissing at me. A couple of times I was able to get it back to normal by messing with the eq and or reverb (turn back and forth). But if I touched the Reverb afterwards it would go back to the rusty spring in a bottle and drunk snake tone/effect. Anyways, I love this amp and want to solve this issue. Thanks

      Nigel67 If the unit is less than 30 days old, please go back to the shop that you purchased it from and ask for a DOA replacement. If it is older than 30 days, they will repair it. I would also register it on the Behringer website as depending on where in the World you are, you may get an extra 2 years warranty taking it from 1 to 3.

    I tried to update firmware, and synthtribe was stuck at "completed 100%" for ever. So I rebooted the MonoPoly. Then synthtribe says MP is in DFU mode, and when I try to update firmware again, it's again stuck at 100%. Cant't even use the synth anymore. Any help?

    Hi Musictribe,

     

    Since a few months my Deepmind 12 doesnt get seen properly by my win10 studiodesktop computer. When plugging in i get the error and it gets seen as a generic usb device and this has no midi over usb.

    Is there a action i can do to get the deepmind12 seen properly by my desktop?

      Here are a few basic things to check. If none of these resolve the issue can you please click "Support" at the top of the page and submit a tech support ticket.

      •    Ensure all USB Drivers and BIOS for your Motherboard are up to date. 
      •    Reinstall the driver (Windows only). To do this, right click the DM12 in Device Manager and select uninstall driver. Disconnect the DM from your computer and power cycle the computer. Once it's back on, reconnect the DM12 and it should be reinstalled.
      •    Connect the DM12 directly to a 2.0 port on your motherboard (Avoid hubs or case ports). 
      •    Check that USB powersave settings are disabled. 
      •    Test with a different USB cable. 
      •    Test with a different computer.
      •    Ensure all other software is closed.
      •    Remove any non-essential USB devices.

    I followed the instructions perfectly. I bought my drum machine February 2nd. I have had nothing but problems. I can't get it registered. It has been 2 weeks since support said they would solve the issue. My computer sees my RD-8 but SYNTHTRIBE DOESN'T. I only have firmware 1.35 and I can update because SYNTHTRIBE can't see my machine. I have a show coming up March 13th that I am going to have to cancel because the RD-8 CLOCK FLUCTUATES SO BAD IT SOUNDS LIKE A TRAIN WRECK.

     

    I NOTICED EVERYONE WITH IOS IS ABLE TO UPDATE THERE MACHINES WITH EASE. I HAVE WINDOWS 10. AND FROM WAT IM GATHERING FROM TRYING TO SOLVE A PROBLEM A MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE SOLVING. MOST PEOPLE WITH WINDOWS HAS RETURNED OR SOLD OR GIVEN UP ON TRYING BECAUSE BERINGER'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT. ITS PRETTY BAD WHEN YOU PAY OVER $300 FOR A MACHINE, BECAUSE RHE COMPANY PAYS PEOPLE TO RECOMMEND IT AND WHEN YOU GET IT , ITS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. THE MIDI CLOCK FLUCTUATES 10 BPM NO MATER IF ITS THE SLAVE OR BEGINING OD A DAISY CHAIN.....   I TRIED TO BSELL IT TO GUITAR CENTER AND THEY WON'T TAKE THEM ANYMORE BECAUSE EVERYONE IS RETURNING THEM. NEW ONES ARE ON CLEARANCE FOR $100 CHEAPER THAN I PAID FOR MINE ON THE 2ND OF FEBRUARY... 

    WHY CANT BEHRINGER JUST ALLOW US TO UPDATE THE MACHINES ON THE PRODUCT PAGE  LIKE THEY DID WITH FIRMWARE VERSION.  1.35?   

     

     

    I NEED HELP. I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THIS MACHINE SOUND FOR LONGER THAN 10 SECONDS. I HAVE BOUGHT 5 MACHINES AND 2 CONTROLLERS THIS MONTH. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS GREAT. I had an issue registering my BEATSTEP PRO, BUT SUPPORT FIXED IT WITHIN 6 HOURS OF CONTACTING SUPPORT.

      jym73 I did have the same issue and stricly no help from the musictribe/behringer support. I talked with two different persons, Dave_M (by answering on a random post on music tribe, asked me my ticket number and then now news) and Bryan Maguire by ranting about behringer support on facebook (i sent him an email and he answered me and then no news). None of them helped me with my RD8 issue. I did open two tickets, both tickets stated as solved without any answers...Thks for the help Behringer!
      So, i finally managed to resolve the issue by myself by doing lot of search on internet. I have managed to do the upgrade on an other PC than mine. It seems that synthtribe can't see an USB plugged behringer product if it is plugged on a USB "Hub". I don't use an USB Hub and strangely synthtribe can detect other behringer products on this same PC. Imo, synthtribe isn't quite stable because sometime it can detect the product and sometime no, for the same product with the same PC.

    I just recieved a Benringer XENYK 502, and am working on setting it up. All I want to run through it is a keyboard and a computer. I have the computer plugged into 2-Track Input (RCA), because previous experience tells me this is a good way to avoid hum. I'm liseteing through headphones. When I press the 2-TR to Phones button in I can hear the computer but not the keyboard. When I release the button back out I can hear keyboard but not computer. What do I do to have them both come though at the same time?

    I have larger Mackie mixer with a similar button but it doesn't have the same issue.

    Does anyone know where I can get a copy of a software patch editor for the now discontinued G Sharp multi-effects unit. The "TC Electronics G Sharp Control Software" was the offical editor but it's no longer available on TC Electronics webpage. Thank you.
