    Safes are seem to be sticky to a console. Even when i change from deferent account and load deferent show file “safe” preserves settings from previous account. Not sure if that is by design, makes no sense to me though.

    I would expect “safes” to prevent changes only after all default settings where loaded from specific show file. Or, at very least to have preference setting to expend or contract extend of “safe” functionality.

    Thank you,

    Does anyone know the physical dimensions of each separate component of column?
    The manual gives the overal dimensions but before I consider in investing in these, I need to know the separate dimensions for:
    1: The subwoofer
    2: The LED section
    3: The High-Freq driver section
    I need this information so I can find appropriate cases for storage and transport.

    For years I owned and used the Xenyx 1202fx however a few weeks ago the power cord was physically damaged. I felt that it was probably more cost effective to buy a new/used mixer than to replace the cord. So I Purchased a Xenyx USB802(Serial No. S210101238ALM). Set it up in my DJ rig and while playing at a wedding on Friday the music just stopped. Luckily it was during dinner hour and not dancing. So I then figured let me try plugging in my previous mixer(Xenyx 1202fx) once I realized that they use the same power adapter. However that didnt work making me believe that the problem is the cord, but I'm not the expert. Ultimately I had to bypass the mixer and go straight from my DJ Controller into my speakers. However it left me unable to shape my microphone dynamics. Are you able to send me a cord or do I have to send the unit to you for repair/replacement? I would love to continue to use your products and not have to switch to a different brand.

    Hello, Tribe. Can someone confirm or deny whether or not the GO TWIN is designed to work with USB-C ports?

    I bought a (male) USB Mini-B cable with USB-C on the other end but it doesn't work at all with my MacBook Air.

    A clear answer will help me to determine if the cable I bought is defective or this is another connectivity issue of the GO TWIN.

    Thanks in advance. (And you're welcome for buying your product.)

    Hello to the community, we are a UK reseller, looking to source replacement C-2 Microphone holders.

    Have looked at the Behringer MC1000, however this is too wide for the smaller C-2 Microphone.

    Any ideas in the UK appreciated.

    Hey folks,

    I've been dealing with an issue with my GoXLR Mini for several weeks now and have not been able to find a discussion or solution regarding anything similar.

    For context, I bought my GoXLR Mini in March of 2021 and have had 0 issues with it until recently. As for the issue, every time I boot my PC, the faders on the interface do not work until I unplug the device and plug it back in. Upon booting, my audio and mic work, but the faders do not when moved. The LEDs under the faders don't even change. The only temporary fix I've found is to unplug the device and plug it back in. Other fixes I have tried (that did not work) include restarting my PC, restarting the app, and changing device/mic profiles. There has been no obvious firmware/software updates prior to the problem. I engaged the TC Helicon Gaming Discord for support but never recieved a response.

    Any suggestions for a fix would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank You!

      PedroRodrigues Hi griffinschulte, thank you for your post, please ponder that the GOXLR MINI does not offer mechanised Faders this unit uses a fader latching mechanism, this means that that you need to move the physical fader across the LED lights on the fader to "latch on" and control them. Please confirm that the GOXLR App say "GOXLR connected via USB" in the bottom left.
      When restarting please, try moving the faders up then back down and see if it picks up and controls the audio levels again.
      Also note that the levels are saved by your profile, so if you adjust your levels, then don't save your profile, none of those changes will save. Doing that then restarting can really make the latching thing a bigger issue, since you will have to make large movements to latch up again.
      For last please bear in mind that LEDs on the faders will not be as accurate as they would be on the GOXLR that uses motorised faders. This is a common behaviour on devices with non-motorized (latching mechanism) faders. I hope this clarifies this matter. Thank you

    Hello,

    I have an XR18 connected to my Mac via USB. I'd like to be able to mute my monitors/sub, connected to Main/L and Main/R and listen only via the headphones. I am quite sure this is a very simple thing to accomplish, yet I have not been able to figure out how to do it. Just Muting the Main LR channel in X-Air Edit also mutes the headphones.

    Any tips on how I can achieve this?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Is there any reason I cannot use a 1/4" TRS splitter to plug different audio sources into the monitors?

    Here is what I am thinking:

    USB AUDIO INTERFACE (Left Out)------------------->

                                                                                   ( TRS Splitter) --------->  MONITOR (L)

                                                                           |--->

    USB AUDIO INTERFACE (Right out)  --------------|

                                                                    |     |

    MIXER (Left Out) ------------------------------|     |

                                                                           |-->

                                                                              (TRS Splitter) --------->  MONITOR (R)

    MIXER (Right Out) -------------------------------------->

    Sorry for the crude looking ASCII.
