    Hi.

I have recently picked up a pair of used reveal 8D monitors, but I can't get any sound out of them whatsoever. Both units are getting power (red LED at the rear and green LED at the front). However, absolutely nothing comes out of either speaker. Even if I disconnect the Jack from the rear there is no crackling ar anything. I am using audio inputs (1/4" jacks), and I have the slide switch set to audio (as opposed to digital). Am I being comletely dumb and failing to do something, or do these units have known faults?

    Thanks in advance.

John Matthews Hi Bananajack, sorry I haven't got the equipment available to check this myself. I had a look on YouTube though searching "umc404HD iPad" and "UMC1820 iPad" and it looks like plenty of people have had success with this.

My 121 Dual VCF has a problem. When the filter is closed down, there is still tons of oscillator noise coming through. Yeah, it is low frequency, but every filter I have ever seen cuts off all sound when you close it all the way.

    Anyone else have this?

Joe Rivers Hi Patrick, would it be possible to submit a care ticket using the SUPPORT option at the top? It would be useful to see a video of this behaviour.

      • 121 Dual VCF Not Filtering All
Patrick Mattingly I did submit a care ticket before posting. They wrote back a technical description of filters probably from an engineering book. Didn't help at all. I would be happy to show a video but they didn't ask for it.

Instead of using a guitar for the source, can I use an output of the PA board, e.g Cue a guitar/keys channel on a PA output and connect that to the G-XT unit?.

Joe Rivers Hi docereford, the guitar input will accept any INST level input via 1/4" jack. Although you will get more effective harmonies using a guitar, providing the chords and progressions are clear enough you should be able to generate harmonies in this way.

John Matthews Hi Derryckbirt, sounds like there may be a hardware fault at play here unfortunately. If you click the Support button at the top of the screen you can submit a service request, then you local team will be able to help you with some troubleshooting and arranging a service if needs be. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, I´m from Brazil and I´m Electronic Engineer. I have a costumer with a Bugera 333XL Infinium which does not fit the BIAS to valve 2. I just change the tubes to new ones, two new quad sets (JJ and electroharmonix) but the led 2 of digital module turns on and the standby bulb light blinks. I have checked the grid voltages and to V1,V3 and V4 the voltage is -48V. To V2 the voltage is -25V but not stable, it changes between -25V and -24V. I have checked all cables, I removed the digital module and checked connections. I have changed the sockets of tubes but the problem persists. I have no ideia what do know, I suspect that infinium module is bad working. thank you for help.

    The ticket is: CAS-129532-V7J5J8

After reading the Lake Controller Software Version release notes V5.8 should be the last revision which should work with this device.

However: After installing this Version of the lake controller under Windows 10 on an Apple machine running bootcamp, I've troubles getting the software to work properly.

The software freezes immediately when it has loaded the home screen.

I tried various things linke compatibility mode WIN XP, WIN 7,... also running as administrator didn't help

I would appriciate if someone could help me out.

Which pedal should go first in a chain, C1 Correction pedal or Harmony Singer 2?

    Need an answer ASAP

    Thanks;

Kyle Johnson Hi Fred, Kyle with Music Tribe here. You should use the Pitch correction first. That way, your harmonies will be created in the correct key already. It's better to pitch correct just 1 voice, and then duplicate that rather than try to pitch correct the harmonized output of the Harmony Singer.

    Hello,

I've been using the Plethora X5 for 3 months now and I'm still stuck with this issue:

I would like to set the tempos of my delays and tremolos pedals in bpm with an option other than the tap tempo.

In fact when I configure the effect for "bpm tap tempo", the manual method remains in ms.

For example I try to set a tempo of 236. This is quite difficult/hasard with the foot (or the thumb). And when I use the manual method (via the menu with the right formula bpm --> ms) I'm not able to get the exact value I need (when I roll the pot it does not stop on the desired value - too far or too low-).

Do you have any good practices to share with me ? :-)

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards,
    Blaise
