    My Tannoy 2.8 sub has suddenly stopped outputting any sound. The light at the back now flashes red whereas it used to be a solid green. What does this indicate? I raised a care ticket but this has gone ignored. Attrocious customer service from what used to be a reputable brand.

      Nigel Turner Hi, I am sorry that the care ticket that you have sent in has not been answered. This is highly unusual as by the end of our days the queues are clear.         KrisPWales No, nothing there. I have registration emails, emails notifying of your responses but nothing on the tickets at all, be that ticket creation or updates.

      Lockwood audio has been used by Tannoy for many years for servicing vintage Tannoy and supplying obsolete parts:

    Hello,

    I've wrtitten a product review on the Revolution XT 8F speakers and it's not posting on the website. Wondering how long it should take to process on your end. Here is the 5 stars review I gave it.

    I listen to a lot of hard rock and heavy metal music, and these full range speakers are the best I've heard anywhere near their asking price. Precise with no treble fatigue whatsoever (the only speaker that passed the "Rob Halford" test with flying colors...) and the bass... what can I say: plentiful and tuneful, not bloated or one note. I can actually discern the bass line in Metallica's ...And Justice for All. No small feat, they're that good! Thank you for producing such speakers: good sound reproduction shouldn't always be geared exclusively towards classical music listening.

    Thanks for checking. And please, keep making loudspeakers like these!

    Does Tannoy make a speaker like the CVS8 but the back can is shorter like 5 inches or less to fit into tight cielings?

      David Knighton Hello LapinsG92. Tannoy has a small range of what is called "Low Profile" install speakers. These are intended for buildings that don't have much depth for installation.     Why does literally every drawing of every product 2D/3D/Bim lead to a dead link on your website?

    It has been like this for weeks. Unfortunately my patience has run out with Tannoy brand under Music Tribe, it's a shadow of its former self. Too many choices out there who have the customers best interests at heart. Though you relentlessly beat on about customer obsession, nothing could be further from the truth.
