Zeroclip You have said to adjust the radar display - there's nothing in the manual about the size of the radar

Hi guys. I've lost one of the tiny push on caps from the programmablle tone buttons meaning I can't use that sound any more. Anyone have any idea where I might be able to get one that fits. I don't care what colour or length it is but it must havr the right size and shape hole to push on. Thanks, Will.

    Hello there!
Does anyone know if there is a way to add some Lo-Fi noises to the effects like Vinyl Crackling or some other vintage hiss on Plethora X5?

    • SergeiShevchenko
PedroRodrigues Hi SergeiShevchenko, thank you for your post, unfortunately that is not possible, what you can do on Plethora is to dial in WOW and flutter on FB2 ,tweak filters and use extreme Vibrato (shaker) , but it won't provide you any degradation FX like Bit crushing and any poor other components required. Thank you

Hi there, I bought the SYSTEM 6000 NATIVE SERIES for $699 in March 2021 and since then there has never been an update.
When the SYSTEM 6000 NATIVE SERIES was released, the Apple M1 Native already existed
Now there is M2 and the SYSTEM 6000 NATIVE SERIES is still V1.0! And please don't do a cheap Rosetta Solution, because then we don't need an M1, or from 2023 an M2 Apple Computer (Macbook Pro). Rosetta = Same speed as Intel but more unstable.
I personally know a few Plugin-in and DAW Developers, it should not take years to update to Apple Silicon M1 / M2 Native.
TC is Behringer now, that’s why a lot of us bought the bundle. Please don't go the TC route and let it die again.
I had a Powercore, and all the TC TDM for Pro tools. Everything dead! ?

    Have a good day
    Marc

PedroRodrigues Hi Acardipane, thank you for your post, I can confirm that the SYSTEM 6000 NATIVE SERIES was released prior to the release of the Apple M2. When it comes to the release of a compatible version with both M1 and M2 version, it is important to be aware that we could only release any compatible version after M1 and/or M2 release and we require access from Apple to be granted so we can release the respective versions. While this process is under way is taking a bit more time we would like to, but let me assure you that we are working as fast as possible to release compatible version for both M1 and M2 version. For now we cannot provide you with a time window for this but I confirm that is on the way. Thank you

nlsrecordingstudio Dear Pedro, this is a complete lie ... System 6000 Native was released (press release) on march 15 2021. Apple M1 was released on November 2020 - with a developers kit available in June 2020... I can understand that is takes time... but SSL, Waves Steinberg, Eventide, Slate, McDSP and 2000 more companies have native software and plugins. You need to fix this.

I bought the TC Electronic Vortex full size & I tried contacting support because it does not have dip switches inside like the manual states. Why? Also when trying to make a toneprint on the PC the controls will go right back to default. Sometimes if I mess with the toggle or unplug the cable it'll allow me to set them but on the phone it never allows me to changes the settings. VERY fustrating! This is my first & may be my last TC Electronic piece of gear I ever buy. How do you reach customer service? I never in my life had such a terrible expericence.

PedroRodrigues Hi BoyW, thank you for your reply, I would first suggest performing a Firmware update to your unit.
Please follow the link below to access the tools required to perform the update, have in to consideration that you must run first the Installer for your operating system and then the Firmware file:
      https://www.tcelectronic.com/product.html?modelCode=P0DAT

      Preparing the firmware update
As I mentioned above there are updaters – for Microsoft Windows (these are ZIP archives containing the firmware installer) and – for OS X (these are disk image files containing the firmware installer).
Unplug all cables (including the power supply) from your TC pedal.
Connect the pedal to your computer using a USB cable.
Insert the DC power supply plug. The leftmost LED on your pedal should turn green.
Your TC pedal will now be recognized as an updatable device.

      To apply the firmware update

      Open the firmware update file.
The pedal’s current firmware will be listed, as well as the version contained in the updater.
Click “Update” and let the program run.
The BeatSense LED will flash red during the update.
At some point, the update window may indicate that the pedal has disconnected, which is normal.
When finished, the unit will return to the loop mode display shown prior to the update procedure.

      I hope this helps

      Thank you

Not sure if I am asking this question the right way. I want to know if there's an option to turn off that will allow the x3 to load new boards without any of the FX turned on. it's very annoying to want to switch to a new board midsong then it loads all 3 FX(or sometimes 1, or 2 or none, seems random) completely messing up your sound.

Hope this makes sense, please help.

PedroRodrigues Hi derrickp1985, thank you for your post ,unfortunately there is not, the Plethora works like a pedal board and remembers the last bypass state of the FX pedals on each board and there is no way to reset all FX to bypass at board change. What I would suggest is to make copies of board with all Fx turned off or switch them off before changing to another board. I hope this helps. Thank you

thanks for your reply! so however i save the board(with pedals on/off) is how it will enable when i switch boards?

      • Oct 11
      • X3 - can you make it not engage FX to be turned on/off when switching boards?
        TC-Lars Hi derrickp1985

How you leave the board (with pedals on/off) when you navigate to a different board (or power-cycle the product), is how that board will be loaded the next time.

Sort of like how the TonePrint single-pedals remember their state (on/bypassed) when you power-cycle them.

So if you end your gig on e.g. board #3, with all FX turned on for that last ending with all effects active and stomping the mash switch on your Tape Echo style delay, and then turn on your pedalboard at the next rehearsal, still on board #3, then all the FX will be 'on' for that same board.

Does anybody know if they will bring the online Finalizer with the Reference tracks back? Or is it inside another software.

PedroRodrigues Hi shabazz5, thank you for your post, the FINALIZER APP had a dedicated page where all the resources where available, we have now integrate the product page for the FINALIZER on the TC ELECTRONIC WEBSITE, for that please follow the link below https://www.tcelectronic.com/tcelectronic/product?modelCode=P0DE5
I would suggest updating your FINALIZER APP to the latest version available via the link above.
      I hope this helps
