    Is there any way to escalate to Lab Gruppen. We have been waiting since January for a client's repair on a Lab Gruppen E5:4 amplifier. We keep getting told the parts are on back order.

    Good morning, I was wondering if it was possible to convert an older LGFP14K from US mains to EU mains? If so, what would that entail?

      DavidKnighton Hello hiswkf,
      Check the voltage spec on the rear panel near the mains input. If it does not specify operation up to 230V, then I would say not possible, at least not without some involved modifications.

    just got a used Lab Gruppen IP450, love this amp but the face plate ha some scratches.I need a new one and I was wondering if I can still find this kind of spare part ?

    Hi there, first post here.

    I have a Lab Gruppen C20:8x and am getting no output from channel F. The CPL fault LED is constantly illuminated (orange) for that channel, also the VHF fault LED. This is irrespective of whether inputs/outputs are connected or not.

    Can anyone advise pls? Feel free to ask for further info. Thanks in adv,

      Nigel67 Hi. I will message my colleague in Service dealing with your case and ask him to advise why we will only repair the unit. I am afraid that only he knows the reason for this. The warranty policy is that a doa (credit) can only be claimed within 30 days of purchase by the customer. If it is over this, then the unit will be repaired and returned. As I mentioned, I do not know what the situation is here, but I will ask the colleague to explain this to you.

    We are experiencing an issue with Amp which is stopped working. The Amp is in standby mode and not going out to standby mode. Please advise how to fix it.
