So recently I accidentally broke the STEP button on my Voicelive 3, the button completely popped out along with the spring and now the sensor is going nuts, I can still use most of my functions but the STEP function keeps firing off randomly and it's not so great. is there a button replacement for this product, if so where do I order it and could it work? Hope to find some help!

I'm hoping for some advice on a purchasing an A/B switch pedal to run through the TC Helicon VoiceLive 3, which would allow me to switch between an electric guitar or a keyboard. Has anyone ever used a switch pedal on this device? If so, which brand? Thanks!

Where can I get In touch with Texhnical Support. I have a Critical Mass Pedal, And I'm having trouble with it. It seems if you plug it into a PA system, it's so loud that there's nothing the engineer can do with it. If there is an internal volume switch it needs to be turned down, but I don't think there is one. How can I get advice and possible service on this pedal?

ChrisEdwards1 Hi WoodySelover, you can submit a Technical support ticket by going to the support tab at the top of the page and scrolling down to the technical support tab, once opened the ticket form will appear, and once submitted you will be given a case number.

Hello fellow musicians and TC Helicon Fans,

I've got to say that the Acoustic Play has really made my duo project's live performances so much better! Once I got a hold of the MCA100 Mic Adapter, things got even better (less tap dancing for me while my wife is singing). There's only one thing left to make things PERFECT.

Please make the MCA100 mic adapter light turn on when the effect is on; or off when the effect is off! I'd even settle for a simple sliding switch; up for on... down for off. If the singer isn't able to see the acoustic play/effect unit; then it's not always easy for them to know if the effect is ready to be used. We've had many mistriggers.... which can be annoying when addressing a crowd. Or starting a song with a full choir.

Does anyone know how to mod this unit for this application? Am I the only one feeling like this (and the MP75) could benefit from this mod?

Let me know if you guys have a workaround.. other than buying another acoustic play for my wife. We all know how our partners feel about spending more on gear! Thanks for the help and I hope TC Helicon makes an update soon!

      DavidKnighton Hello jamezdean420,
I'm trying to find out if this pedal has a battery option for you to try, but I'm not having any luck. If you can scope a battery compartment, give it a shot. Make sure your power adapter is 12V Center Negative or it won't work. I presume you bought the item used, as it is no longer manufactured. Best to return it if you have the option. A Mic Mechanic 2 is cheaper anyways and comes with a warranty at $130.

I have my VL3 set up so vocal hit is delay and verb, and I also use the harmony feature for harmonies. I have these vocal hit and harmony buttons set to an external fs-6 foot switch set to momentary. You can of course program from VL3 for the double foot switch to do a third option if both pedals are pushed together, but my problem is, there is no option for it to actually program in VL3 that if you push both pedals down at a time you actually want it to turn on both buttons at a time LOL, thus I can have my vocal hit option or my harmonies, but I can't figure out how to have both without loosing my basic vocal hit option

To manage the click with the drummer I absolutely need to lower or better still eliminate the voice (as well as the guitar, but this is simple by zeroing the volume in the mix) from the headphone output. It's possible to do it?

Dale_M Hi there, you would need to use A as the L and B as the right then pan them hard left an right from the menu, however unless the turntable has a built in pre-amp you will likely find that there is not enough signal to drive the speakers as the stylus has rather a puny signal that needs to be pre amplified before going to speakers, you could try connecting them to experiment but you may wish to check this article out first. https://community.musictribe.com/pages/kba?articleId=7b44a65e-6c30-ea11-a812-000d3a081b66&brand=Tannoy

I hope there's some help out there as my Set up screen differs from the user manual

There's no Dual Mono option in Output - only Stereo or Mono.  In both, the Aux input is sent to the left output.  In a live setting (loud drummer!) I want to use the Aux in from my guitar processor for help with harmonization but not have the aux input bleed into the output to the PA.

    I have firmware version 100.0.00 B42

Am I missing something regarding the manual, need to update firmware (and if so, where can I find the file and instructions for doing that?

    I hope someone can help

    Cheers
    Steve

    Hi everybody,

Is there any effect (that I can assign to the hit button) that will simply increase the volume of my vocals upon turning it on?

    Thanks,

    Hello there!

I'm looking into buying vocal processors but everything I find is pretty old. Are there any plans for new products this year?

    Thanks.
