    Hello

I've spent about 4 hours trying to add a reverb to a vocal mic on the x32 Producer.
Surely it can't be this difficult????

I come from a analog mixer background.

    First day using the x32.
I've searched all over youtube. I've read the manual and the wiki explaining how.

    I just don't get it.

The manual for the producer is refering to things on the big x32.

Such as faders for FX1L and FX1R there are no faders like that on the producer that I can see.
I'm assuming that the first two faders though when you press the effects returns button are those?

I just want to be able to add a simple effect and have a way of switching that effect on and off with a simple button.
    Please can someone help.

I was hoping there was a video training course that maybe Behringer has created but I can't find anything really.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Apologies for being a total newbie!

    Kind Regards

    Mark Gorman

Paul_Vannatto Hi Mark, the Producer does have the effects return channels, just like the other X32 models. Since the Producer only has 8 channel strips on the left side, the effects returns (FX1L, FX2L, etc.) are located on the 6th layer (button on far left called Effects Returns). Granted the scribble strips may not name these channel strips FX1L, etc. if someone has changed the scribble strip names.

Here is how to setup channels to feed a reverb FX.
      1. Select the Effects button on the side of the display.
      2. Select the first slot and make sure the inputs are bus 13 (for both)
      3. Select a reverb effect (eg. Plate Reverb)
      4. Using the right group of faders, select bus 13
      5. Raise the bus 13 master fader up and make sure it is unmuted
      6. Press the SOF button, located between the left and right group of faders. This makes the left group of faders the sends to bus 13.
      7. Raise the faders of the desired channels (eg. vocals).
      8. Unselect the SOF button. This will put the left group of faders back to controlling faders for Main LR
      9. Select the Effects Return layer (6) on left side.
      10. Raise the first 2 faders (FX1L, FX1R) and make sure it is unmuted. This will send the resulting reverb (wet signal) to the Main LR.

When you want to mute/unmute that FX to Main LR, mute/unmute either the bus 13 (sends to FX1 slot) or the FX return pair (FX1L, FX1R) which should be stereo linked.

Paul_Vannatto Hey Mark, I just realised that the Producer is the only X32 model without scribble strips. One of the local churches here has one of these. Any time they call me to help them out of a mess up, I always bring my tablet with Mixing Station to set things up, rather than trying to use the physical surface. Why they made that model without scribble strips is beyond me.

I have a gigging amp that's down, and need help.  I sent a support request 6/4, got an email saying Jeffery Ford had tried unsuccessfully to contact me, and I replied again 6/8 advising I would watch for calls from your area code, and asking you to leave a message and direct contact number.  I haven't heard a reply.

An amp was dropped and broke a component.  I'm looking for the amp PCB (or suitable replacement) for a BX1800.  While awaiting your reply, I'm using a Peavey.  I have another gig this weekend, and am hoping to fix this amp soon.

Can you tell me how to get the part?  I need this as soon as possible, to complete the repair.

As before, IF you call and miss me, I will be glad to return your call; just leave a call-back number or a direct email to Behringer support staff.

Thanks you for whatever help you can provide to get this amp back in working order.

Nigel67 Hi mdhsabh. I will pass on a message to Jeffery and ask him to give you a call. With regards to getting hold of a replacement part, I will make a copy of your original case and send it across to the spares team so that they can quote you pricing and availability.

Any word on when more Behringer BLE400 Bass Limiter/Enhancer pedals will be available for purchase?

I have had one on backorder at Amazon for weeks now - I was super impressed with the quality (and price) of the BDI21 V-Tone Bass Driver DI Pedal, and wanted to give this pedal a try as well.

WilliamR Hello, WIlliam from musictribe here. there are a lot of manufacturing delays worldwide for certain components so it's hard to say when retailers will get them in stock. Please contact the dealers directly for any ETA.

My mic and instrument cables run to my church balcony which is where I want the body of the XR18.  But I'm wondering, if I am running OBS on the same laptop that has the XR18 software installed and connected via wifi, can I use the XR18 as in audio input to the OBS like I would a USB source or desktop audio etc?

Paul_Vannatto Hi Pastor Matt, yes you can use the XR18 as a USB soundcard for OBS. Just make sure that what you want sent to OBS (eg. Main LR) is assigned to the first 2 USB Send outputs, since that is where OBS expects the inputs.

We have a small church. Our BEHRINGER mixer failed to work properly in March of this year. We dealt with Tech support and finally had to send our unit in for service. It was received for repairs on April 8th and we are being told that they are having to wait on a repair part. They tell us that they have no way to project when the repair part may come in.  We are having to use an old mixer that will only allow us to use part of our equipment and the sound is not as good. The unit is under warranty. We need answers on when we can expect to have our unit back or another unit. Can somebody please help?

Hi guys how can I connect my UMC22 board to my Nobsound A8 valve amplifier with AUX input?

    • Myron2099
      DavidKnighton Hello Myron2099,
The aux input is likely a stereo connection. This means you'll need a stereo breakout cable to connect the UMC 1/4" outputs. See the cable in the following link. This should do the trick.

therefore connecting the 6.25 to 3.5 in the amplifier I have the sound output from the speakers.
and i can hear the sounds from the imac via usb! even plugging in a microphone and using garageband?

will i have better sound gain? is the card preamp?

Thank you so much so my dilemma solved me

Buenos dias.

Is there any plan to launch a PC or Apple based editing software for the Wing?  On the X32 it was nice to set up scenes and such at home without having to pull the board out to construct scenes, snippets, etc

How do I connect a Behringer FBQ6200HD to a soundcraft efx 8 mixing desk? The manual says how the product works but not how it's connected.

    • CharlesJamesTarry
Paul_Vannatto Assuming you want to use it on the Main outputs, connect the mixer's main out (Left and Right) to the respective inputs of the FBQ6200HD, and connect the FBQ6200HD outputs to the amps or powered speaker inputs.
