Due to the latest updates to the X AIR app from version 1.6.2 (available on 27.11.19), users who have older iPads with iOS versions older than 12.0 can no longer use their devices to control the mixers. BEHRINGER X18 / XR18 / XR16 / XR12. Please ask them to make the X AIR application available in version 1.6.1, so that customers like me can continue to use their devices to control their mixers. Thank you.

I must admit I don't understand the Apple release mechanisms but it certainly seems possible, even it the apps have to have slightly different names. In the mean time, you might want to check out Mixing Station for IOS. David does an amazing job at continuously improving this app and taking care of any issues very quickly.

I tried the two links that your put on and when I tried it kept saying that I needed to have iOS 12 or lateral download it and it's happening to tons of people I know is there anything you guy should can't do ?
I've reached in a separate thread but have the variant of it he issue - I have latest greatest iPad Pro 11 and os 13.4.1, and no access to the app in the apple store - any ideas/workaround?

Welcome to the community. I typically get mine with 30 minutes of registering a product. Have you checked your spam folder? The bundled software is Tracktion Waveform 8 OEM so, in the mean time, you can get started with the Free Tracktion T7 which is file compatible with Waveform.

Same issue for me here, registration comes back with an error saying to try later, and 3 attemots of registering via care center just instantly changes it to "problem solved" I even tried it without letters and only numbers. I put up a general ticket asking for registration assistence and it hasnt updated in 3+ days. Like others the hardware is great and works out of the box but the registration/software bundle side has been unintuitive and not functional. I suppose worst case scenario I can pirate trackiton 8 since its supposed to be in my possesion anyway

The error message from the Care ticket system often means that some of the required information is missing or invalid. I hope they find a way to give more useful messages. Meanwhile, if you let us know the case numbers that were issued, we can have someone look into them to see what's going wrong.

I'm quite new to this subject although I do have some (theoretical) knowledge about it. I've just received my new Behringer PMP500 Powered Mixer. I remember from older days that an amplifier should not be powered on without the speakers attached to the output ports. Is this still true for the PMP500?
I just got an x18 mixer for my hardware set up and I love it. I tried to use it as my audio interface with FL Studio but I get a lot of crashes. This unit is not meant to be my main audio interface but once in a while, I would like to use it to record directly into my projects. I'm using the latest version of FL Studio (20.6) Are there any known issues with this combo? I had and iD4 in the past and that worked perfectly. I don't have it anymore so I can't compare the two. Are there any programs that might create more problems, such as Native Instruments or iZotope? Any alternative drivers? Thank you for any suggestions.

Welcome to the community. What OS are you running? If Windows, what version of the ASIO drivers are you running? Just as a test, can you try an older version of FL Studio as I noticed that version 20.6 was just recently released?

Did someone make it work? My unit has version 1.0.5, I totally neglected firmware upgrades since I bought it. I tried the different versions of Synth Tool but none of them detect my Model D Is there a manipulation to do? I tried the 1.0.5 firmware upgrade and it recognizes the synth and updates it without a problem so I don't think there's an issue with my USB port or cable.

Its used on and off since 2014 i can't recall the fx working although all the dials signal etc comes through just no effect maybe the effects card needs to be replaced?

My tech knowledge is limited......good when i ve done something once.......i generally do simple set up voice guitar an keyboard and add effects after recorded from software.Im primarily a vocalist classically trained and chord 'basher' on guitar an keyboard.
L to R note ignore 2nd pic with solo on 5th fader i use ist channel eg for wireless usb mic in
Main Out through headphones
Tried many combinations of fx knobs eg fx solo on and next to it fx main to mix
Can scroll through fx the numbers written above the display don't come up just the name of the fx eg delay etc
The fx nobs do effect the volume or intensity of the signal and even shows as a black line meter on the fx display but still no effect cheers chris
Hi does any one have any idea about the Klark Teknik display on the Behringer mixer Xenyx 1204 usb ..........its probably something really basic but the display seems to be stuck in a sub group it doesnt begin in the number categories plus there is no affect heard..............?regards Bhajan
After latest firmware upgrade, you must stop sequencer to change songs. Undocmented. Nightmare if you don't know about it.
