    Is there any option to have custom user layer on X-Touch with a X-Air mixer like in iPad remote application. Fader 1-2 Input 1-2, fader 3-4 maybe FX returns and so on? Any plans for it? It would be really great feature for X-Touch

      KyleJohnson Hello, Kyle here with Music Tribe. No, this is not possible. You can rearrange your input channels by changing the input sources in the software, but it would not be practical for FX returns.

    Hello all, 

    i am trying so hard to find a large replacement knob for the main dial on my old BTR2000. I've tried messaging on here and haven't gotten anything back. Any information would be appreciated; thanks!

        thachiefkeif William, thank you for your response. I have been waiting around a year now to have some sort of correspondence with this… I have now set two different tickets and the first one was ‘resolved’ even though I didn’t end up ever being contacted about how to get said knob. I guess the dude figured out what item number it was but that’s as far as it ever got. How will I be contacted about my ticket, and when can I expect this? I am literally just trying to get a piece of tiny plastic so I can sell this thing.

    Hello folks, for months I've gotten good use out of my Behringer XR 18, however I have never been able to connect the device to my iMac via ethernet while maintaining a connection to my apartments Wi-Fi for web browsing. I would really like to have both connections at once so that my XR18 is connected securely via Internet, but I can still search the web for access to YouTube, Spotify, etc.

     

    Currently, when I start up my computer I turn off the Wi-Fi so that I can connect my XR 18 via ethernet, once the connection is made Wi-Fi must remain off on my computer, otherwise the connection is lost. Is it possible to keep the device connected via ethernet but then turn my Wi-Fi on so that I can browse the web? Thanks in advance.

      Paul_Vannatto Make sure the LAN mode of the XR18 is set to DHCP. Then connect the XR18 to your home router (using an ethernet cable). Then connect your iMac to your router via wifi and you should be able to connect to the XR18 and also use the internet.

      DavidThomson1 Or use a network hub from your XR18 to the hub , then the hub to your wireless network router, and also the hub to your laptop etc for direct connections

    My PMP500 seems to have developed a problem. When pwered up the unit comes on for a few seconds and then cuts out. It seems the internal fan is not coming on. I assume it may be more than replacing the fan but have no idea as I'm not an electrician.

    Hello!

    I'm having real trouble out of my Q1002USB.  It started around a week ago and there is this loud buzzing coming through the mixer.

    I believe I've done all I can to troubleshoot the device.  I have disconnected everything but the power and phones and the buzzing persists.  The buzzing comes through from the Phones, FX Send and I believe the CTRL Room outputs.  

    Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions to offer?

    Hello!

    I just purchased a nx4-6000 amp. After hooking a stage monitor to it, it went into Protect Mode on all four channels. I unhooked all cables and followed the instructions to reset it, but it still won't do anything. The breaker in the back doesn't seem to have tripped or at least it won't reset. Any ideas.

      Nigel67 Hi SpideyMan19622. I am sorry to hear that your brand new NX4-6000 has failed straight away. It looks as though you have tried everything possible to get the unit out of the Protect Mode and it hasn't worked. If the unit is still under 30 days from purchase, you can go back to the shop that sold you the amplifier and request a DOA replacement. If older than that, still go back to the shop and they will get the amplifier repaired.

    Hello, my X Air recently stopped working with the 48 volt phantom power. Anyone have any suggestions?

      Nigel67 Hi mattandersonguitar. Unless a cable has fallen out, this is most likely a power supply failure. Are you able to confirm with a multimeter that there is no voltage coming out of the microphone XLRs with phantom power activated? If the unit is still under warranty, please go back to the shop that you purchased it from and ask for a warranty repair, otherwise send a ticket in to our Service Team and they will be able to arrange a repair at one of our local repair centres. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. The other option if the unit is non warranty, is if you know a local repair shop you could get them to take a look to confirm the fault and if it is the psu, a replacement can be ordered from our Spares Department which is the same procedure as contacting our Service Team, but click on Spare Parts instead.     Checked my UMC 404hd trying all the drivers with help from Behringer to no avail.UMC 404hd might be a dud.Is there anywhere in Canada I might be able to have someone look at this.
