    Hi All

My amps ( Bugera 333XL ) have seriously noise when rotate on knobs Master and Treble and sometimes they are not working I think they should replace the new one. Master : 250K Treble : 50K but the pots are not like standard alpha 9 mm or the other amps use.  The shaft of Bugera pot is too long.

Dale_M Thank you for your post, we do not recommend that users repair their own product as it voids any warranty. If you wish to buy spares please raise a spares ticket from the support tab above.

Hi. I am looking for a FSB104 pedal for a Bugera 333 Infinium.

I can't find it anywhere. I am from Spain. Could someone tell me where to get it?

I don't know if it's me or is this actually happening. I've noticed that few suppliers carrying Bugera products are phasing them out. I live here in the USA, I finally got my stimulus check and was interested in getting the 212TS cabinet. Right now, I only can them on the used market but like they're like becoming rare. Sites like Sweetwater don't even have them anymore. I would like to compliment my G5 head with it, but can't find even a new one in stock. Can anyone at Bugera let me know what is the status and if Bugera instill going to be around? Thanks.

Dale_M Hi No Bugera is not phasing out there is currently a lot restructuring in the world of sales added to Covid 19 which halted a lot of production of certain lines so this is most likely what is causing the delay.

Hello there.  I bought a used V5 Infinium and it works fine, except that I get serious microphonics everytime I use it.  We have replaced the tubes, even the sockets, but no luck.  My tech says that there has to be a bad solder joint, or connection somewhere.  Does anybody have any experience with this kind of problem?  Were you able to identify the cause?

It's a sweet little amp, but the noise is very noticeable.

    Thanks!

While using the amp today, it literallly went out. I've had the amp for a little under a week. I need to have it serviced and don't know how to contact bugera with the invoice from purchase. Thank you.

RexBeckett If you purchased the amp less than 30 days ago, I suggest that you contact your supplier for a replacement. Otherwise you would need to open a Care ticket as follows:

At the top of this page, click Support then scroll down the new page and select Service. Make sure that you enter all required (*) data before clicking Submit. The Care team will respond by email.

Hi. Sofi from the U.S. here. I recently bought a Bugera 333xl Infinium amp through Thomman out of Germany. After I unboxing I was disappointed as the amp is wired for 220 and we use 110 here in the U.S. So I assume (yes assume) that I need a power converter. So I purchased a 2000 watt converter on amazon but now I'm wondering if its going to be big enough. I'm actually hoping theres an easier fix in the amp itself so that I don't need a converter at all. Need advice.

Dale_M Hi there, the problem is here you have purchased a European amp that is meant for use in Europe. It may be easier and less problematic to contact Thomann and simply tell them you are unhappy with the amp -they have a 30 day no quibble return policy so assuming you have reported this within this period you should be able to send it back and obtain a USA version from Sweetwater etc.

I had a problem with your customer service page. I am in Australia and I purchased a Bugera PS1 through Thomann because you have no local stock here.

I ran it for five minutes and it started smoking and spewing out a bad plastic burning smell. I'm just trying find out if this is expected or whether I am going to kill an expensive vintage amp.

I contacted Bugera/Music Tribe tech support and was told "Please be aware that you are located in an unsupported territory. This means that for further assistance you will need to directly contact the shop you purchased the unit from or your nearest reseller or distributor and they will be able to advise you further."

Not acceptable and I'm pretty sure it violates consumer law in most countries. I have plenty of Behringer gear... and I mean plenty... maybe never again after this.

    Can I get some advice?

Dale_M Hi there. One of the problems here is that you are based in Australia and you have purchased from Europe, if this has failed you need to go back to the seller (Thomann) as the warranty is with them and not any Australian reseller.

Hello.  I have attempted to replace the OEM speaker with an Eminence 820H.  It was easy enough to do, but the power going to the speaker seems much less than before.  I'm not sure what I might have done to cause this problem.  I originally tried the solderless connection using the original wire.  Then, I clipped those off and soldered it.  Same result.  The power is very low - almost non-existent at 0.1W.  At 5W, gain up and volume up, there is signal going to the speaker for sure, but it's not nearly as loud as it used to be.

The amp is only a few months old, and it hasn't been used a ton.  So, I'd be surprised if it's an issue with the tubes.

Any suggestions on how to attack this problem?
