    I know that the ambient mics can be utilized to determine the key of a song for harmonies.  Can the ambient mics also be utilized for the autotune/hardtune feature to automatically shift the vocal towards the correct and specific key (as opposed to just nudging towards the closest correct pitch like the mic mechanic would do)?

    Hello does anyone know how it is possible that my Plethora X5 doesn't show more than 20 board slots? Also it doesn't allow me to put more than 2 reverbs and one or 2 delays in an empty board .. I thought I could have any number of effects in a row, especially reverbs and delays... Can anyone help? Thanks!!

Ниже по ветке вроде был чел которому переслали... но это было не сейчас) - я думаю они коллапс увидят и разберутся. пока можно тикет в сервисе отправить. они сами так советуют.. но в сообщениях народ пишет что это пустая трата времени... короче адово немного.

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Stulov, I am sorry to hear about this issue. If you have not yet done so could you please check your spam/junk email folder? Sometimes the Activation Code email will be routed to here.
      If the Activation Code is not in your spam/junk can you please provide submit a technical support ticket with a screenshot of the order and your iLok ID, and I can then manually generate this for you. To do this please go to support at the top of the page and click on the relevant tab, with regards to serial number please enter N/A.

    Hello, I am hearing very faintly the click track which is on channel 15 on the mains. It's barely there but it's there. I've connected my mackbook/ipad/pc everything using numerous programs logic,cubase,prime multitrack also using 1/8 to two 1/4 and USB... I've checked the routing/bus output LR it's turned off on all busses, fx turned down,reset, everything I could think of.

    The strange thing is that if I lower the channel on the busses bleed goes away.

    Right now I have a the ducker running so it can mask off the sound and lowered the gains so I can barely hear it but again it's there. When I run click there's nothing happening on the main meter so that control does nothing. Volume goes up and down depending on how loud it is on the individual channel on the busses.

      Paul_Vannatto In all likelyhood, you have a parallel signal path somewhere. I would suggest that you export your scene to a file, save to the cloud (eg. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and post a shareable link in your next post. That way we can have a look and better advise.

      Paul_Vannatto I had a look at your scene and do not see any parallel signal path or any Main LR enabled incorrectly. I did see that the click also goes to the card (to computer DAW?) and Aux 1/2 is assigned the card 1/2 returns. But that is muted and faders all the way down. The only other possibility is that one or more of the mics might be picking it up from the floor wedges.

    I absolutely love the Behringer Monopoly, but sadly its missing the built in step sequencer other Behringer synths have.

    If connected via midi, could I use the keys of the Monopoly to program the step sequencer of a Behringer Crave (including cords), then use the step sequencer of the Crave to let the Monopoly play?

    If the step sequencer of the Behringer Crave is not able to save cords, would the step sequencer of a Behringer Poly D be able to do the job?

      Apart from that... and I'm talking now as the computer engineer I am, What's is Message and Tickets area for? What's the meaning of these areas? Supposedly, you should be writing there the answer to our cases, so that us, the users, can get online the answer to our cases, instead of be waiting for an email getting our inbox that even can get the spam folder instead. It's crazy! Well, I accept that your system can send a message to my email letting me know that you have an answer waiting for me in your ticket's service... But the message/answer itself sent by email and the Message and Tickets area being completely empty? That's insane man, and please, give your engineer my congratulations! I'm kidding, of course! LOL

    Good morning,

    I just purchased a Plethora X5 and it is fantastic.  The sounds and effects are beyond anything I have had before.  I have watched a lot of the videos and I have no complaints, everything operates just like it should.  Firmware updates are easy and the TonePrint app is amazing.  It is a great edition to my TC Helicon Harmony V100.

    I was wondering if there would be plans to add external Midi sync, so that an external drum machine can sync with the Looper like the Ditto X4 and Flashback X4 can.  It would be an awesome feature as that is the only thing I am not currently able to do with this pedal.

    I appreciate all of the support for this and other TC projects, especially with all of the worldwide supply chain issues and the effects of Covid on the workplace.  Keep up the good work.  Joel

    Just got a new SX3242FX, and when I went to test a wireless microphone, I receive a signal on all ends and the audio is outputted. However, the main/ master volume level meter is stuck on full volume, nothing seems to change a thing at all. Any suggestions?

      Nigel67 Hi warand1542. Was it like this as soon as you received the mixer? The problem is only the meters not the audio, you can control the levels? With only the power supply plugged in and the faders, send pots turned all the way down, do all the master meter LEDs still show all on? If so, then there is a fault with the meter circuitry and I would advise that if the console is brand new (less than 30 days old) you contact the shop you purchased it from and ask for a DOA replacement. If it is over 30 days old, then still contact them and they will repair the mixer for you.
