    I am an integrator and I have a install that I would like to propose a TLS84 rig in. I need help with EASE to generate supportive data. I have .DWG files for the space, and of course .GLL files for the boxes. I am just VERY inexperienced and therefore inefficient with the software, and require assistance. I am on shows thoughout this weekend, but would greatly appriciate a call from someone at the beginning of the week.

    Can someone tell me if i can use my SD8 as more than just a drum snake!? Can i use as my IEM set up as well??

      Nigel67 Hi Pdeluca. You can use the Ultranet connections for the Behringer P16M personal monitoring system or you can use the analogue outputs to feed your own monitoring system You have 8 mono XLR outputs, or if you require stereo monitoring, you have 4 pairs of stereo XLR outputs (you would set up the stereo pairs in the mixer and assign as a stereo pair).

    Hi Everyone,

    I have been searching all over the internet and cannot find anything that answers my question, So I am hoping you guys can. 

    I have the UMC404HD, Audio Technica M50x headphones, Windows 10 and using Cubase 5.

    All sounds whether it be live or return from daw seem to only come out the right ear of my headphones. I have a cheap set of odio headphones too that do exactly the same thing. Is their something I may be missing? or is this unit just faulty? 

    The Stereo/Mono switch doesnt seem to do anything at all.

    If I plug my headphones into the 1-2-3-4 play back outputs on the back the headphones work in the left ear but when in the front they only work on the right. 

    I have tried sweeping the mix all the way to the IN an all the way to PB, pressing the Mono/Stereo switch, Switching between A/B, reinstalling the drivers. still nothing.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    P.s Does the headphone socket take a normal headphone 6.35 stereo jack or is it mono

    hello

    was wondering if the x touch could be reset

    to factory condition

     

    have my second brand new x touch and it has started to malfunction as well

    very angry at that this isn't working

     

    i am running good hardware on pc (i7/16GB Ram) and audio card (UAD)

      RobbyWingfield Hi this is Robby with Music Tribe. Please submit a Support ticket at the link support link above. There is no factory reset on the X-Touch as the settings of the controls on the X-Touch are hard wired and only vary depending on the mode you choose. In your support ticket, please describe in detail the issue you are having. Make sure to include what DAW you are using. Thanks!

    Hi guys, it's not the first time I write for this problem that seems to be common to many users. On Monday  29 November bought the "TC 2290 NATIVE" software but I haven't yet received any activation code in the mailbox and in the spambox.

    I opened with difficulties a case (the number is CAS-506545-W6G3WO) attaching the ilok id and the purchase proof but the problem hasn't yet been solved.

    software bought: "TC 2290 NATIVE"

    Five days have gone by, if the problem won't be solved, I'll open a Paypal complaint.

      Nigel67 Hi nay97. I am very sorry for the issue you are experiencing with the activation code. I will ask a colleague to take care of it this morning. Please also check your spam and junk boxes as sometimes the e-mails end up in there.

    I opened with difficulties a case (the number is CAS-506331-Y2G9Z1) attaching the ilok id and the purchase proof but the problem hasn't yet been solved.

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Mikemorenom, I am sorry to hear about this issue. If you have not yet done so could you please check your spam/junk email folder? Sometimes the Activation Code email will be routed to here.
      If the Activation Code is not in your spam/junk can you please provide submit a technical support ticket with a screenshot of the order and your iLok ID, and I can then manually generate this for you. To do this please go to support at the top of the page and click on the relevant tab, with regards to serial number please enter N/A.

      If you have already submitted a case could you please confirm the case number for me?

      Thanks Chris: I don't have anything in spam/junk and honestly if you have my email, I don't understand why I haven't received my Activation Code. could you try to send me my activation to my email or here?

    what does this sentence refer to in the Warning section of the manual - 

    ► Use a three wire grounding type line cord like the one supplied with the product.

    Is it referring to the A/C adapter? Because the A/C adapter is only a two pronged (non-grounded) cord. Or the guitar cord?

    I submitted ticket CAS-505588-X4K6B9 due to not having received my MD4 HD Native ilok license email. It's been 4 days already and two tickets submitted. This clearly a systemic problem, since I've seen so many posts since even before black Friday. I didn't have any issues with my TC Electronic purchases a year ago. Please look into this. Paypal screenshot and ilok (lriv5) are in there. I would hate to open a Paypal issue to get a refund. I just want my license. (Yes, I've checked spam a million times and nothing). Help is greatly appreciated
