    Hello Tribe,

I am looking for a replacement power suppy for my Tannoy Reveal 5A monitor. Its not your common universal power supply. inside of the power hook up on monitor only has two prongs. Can someone help me find a replacement power supply cord for this monitor please?

    Cheers, Analog

      DavidKnighton Hello Analog1,
Are you looking for the cord or the actual power supply electronics? If you're just looking for the cord, any IEC plug will do.

    Hi everyone!
I have TC Helicon Play electric.

The manual says when output is in 'Mono' mode & Guitar Out is connected, left and right XLR outputs give dry and wet vocals respectively. This feature is not working on my device!

    Any thoughts?

Nigel67 Hi ninutat. Can you advise further what outputs you are getting in this mode, i.e are you not getting any output at all, all wet, all dry. This may help identify the issue. Many thanks.

ninutat Hi!! Thanks Nigel! Kind of you to respond.
The connections on my Play Electric are as follows: -

        -Mic Connected
        -Guitar In connected
-Have tried guitar 'thru' and guitar 'out' alternately connected to my DAW via preamp and audio interface
-XLR left connected to DAW via preamp/audio interface
-XLR right connected to DAW via preamp/audio interface
        -aux in not connected
        -Headphones connected.

Second page under setup menu is 'Output' setup. Therein I have selected 'mono'.
As given in manual page 33 (2014 version), in this setup expected o/p from XLR are-

        Left XLR- Only Dry Vocals
Right XLR- Only effects (no dry vocals)

        What I am Getting: -

Left XLR- effected vocals (dry and wet vocals)
        Right XLR- Dry Vocals.

        -Ninutat

PS- Another anomaly I found (which I suspect is an hardware issue)- on 'Input' under Setup menu, my 'RoomSense Parameter' is inactive showing 'Disconnect Aux in' constantly. Can this be related?

    Hi all,

I'm trying to control the arpeggiator on the Behringer Monopoly using the trigger input and coming from the trigger out of the RD8. What am I missing here. Having no luck. Using a TRS cable as instructed  if I trigger using accent on the rd8 every 4 beats I hear a sound from the Monopoly but it's the same one. Was expecting it to cycle through the arpeggiator. Is this even possible?

    Cheers.

Hi folks, I have an X32 rack (which doesn't have the XLR AES/EBU connector on back panel), and hoping to connect digitally to a DCX2496.

How can I connect from the AES50 Ethercon connector on the X32 Rack to the AES/EBU XLR on the DCX2496?

RexBeckett Hi gilcarter, I think you would need to use an S32 stagebox which has two AES/EBU outputs. It would be an expensive solution unless you had a need for the extra analogue I/O.

This is the worst forum software I have ever experienced.  I don't have time to read post after post of unrelated topics trying to find useful information.  Especially as slow as this website is.

This place reminds be of the Behringer quality that I grew up with long, long ago.  Not good.

Hey guys& gals I just recently bought the wing. I'm learning my way around it ok i guess . In older videos I've seen that you could press an edit button and then move the fx and EQ in what ever position you want or order you want. . I guess with the firmware changes they have gotten rid of the edit button or at least I can't find it I see a wrench icon there instead . I'm using the latest firmware 1.11 I believe. How would I go about doing the task I want to achieve.  ????   Thanks

Nigel67 Hi JohnFry. Many apologies for the delay in answering your question. The EDIT button has been replaced by the wrench. If you go to the channel home page, the wrench operates in the same way that the EDIT button did previously. If you click on the wrench and then you can move the boxes using the amber frame up and down. TAP can also be moved in this mode. This option is available only on channels 1-40.

I run the sound at church and know very little about what I am doing. We have had this mixer for about 1.5-2yrs. The issue has been on and off but continues to get worse. The mixer generates its own WiFi that we connect to with an iPad. Very often the iPad will not connect. Sometimes it won't even be able to find the XR WiFi.

We have tried a few different troubleshooting ideas and nothing helps. There is nothing else (phone or computer) trying to connect to the WiFi. We have also tried other iPads. What am I doing wrong?

Nigel67 The XR16 internal wifi uses the 2.4GHz frequency which is the most common and it could be that with all the mobile phones around, etc, the frequency is becoming log jammed. Have you tried using an external router which also uses the 5GHz frequency. This also gives the advantage that you can place the router higher up as having the antenna low down will also affect the wifi range. Please see this video that may be helpfiul.

      • Behringer x air 16 not connecting to ipad
Fbch I will try that this week. I have an Ethernet cable run to the sound board but I do not have a computer over there. So if I connect the mixer to my modem, I can connect to the app via the church WiFi? (Like I said, most of this goes over my head)

Hi Fbch. many apologies for the delay in getting back to you. For some reason I only received the notification that you had replied this morning. How did you get on connecting to the wifi. I would advise probably using a separate router rather than the church wifi. if you don't move around the church, have you thought about getting an adapter for the ipad so that you can connect it directly to the ethernet port and charge at the same time. You can purchase Lightning to ethernet port adapters which also have a power adapter as well. A long as the ipad isn't moved around a lot for the cable to be pulled out, then this would probably be your most secure connection followed by the external router.

I have been able to achieve signal from dl32 to m32c, yet only Out 1 has a signal and it is not controllable from "Edit".  All output channels in "edit" are at factory settings.  any suggestions?

KyleJohnson Hello, Kyle here with Music Tribe. This sounds like a routing issue, I'd say probably something is not assigned correctly in the ROUTING>AES50A page. Make sure it says Outputs 1-8, Outputs 9-16, not AES50 1-8 as this would be sending the input signal back to the outputs.
