    Hi,

when my G System  is plugged into my amp head fx loop, it disables the channels ie they all sound the same, no overdrive just a loud clean wet sound!?  Any help appreciated

      William Reichling Hello Tim,
There are many routing options with the G-System, so labeling the unit can be a bit confusing. Can you verify for me that this is the way you have set it up? This set up would route your effects and guitar signal properly. Guitar, and pre effects like drive pedals and compressors to the front of your amp, and post effects in your effects loop.

I've asked this in a similar fashion before and the support i got was excellent and it worked perfectly. Due to the current situation covid 19. I haven't recorded in a while.  In record mode V4.02 I have input 1-32 set on card   on the card I have local 1-32, in logic  I have input set to whatever channel I'm recording and output to stereo 31 and 32, the problem is in record  mode I have no gain control I.cant even see the gain level of the incoming signal on the desk , all I see is the playback 31 and 32, its definitely a routing problem but I don't know where to start looking

    Appreciate your help

    Glenn

Rex Beckett Hi Glenn, the fastest way for us to help is by looking at your current settings. If you export the current scene, upload it to a file share (e.g. Google Drive) and post a shareing link, we should be able to help.

Rex Beckett It worked, Glenn, I can load your scene. Now I need to know how you want it to work. At the moment it looks as though the Record and Play routing has got reversed. On Record it is taking inputs from the Card (USB) and on Play it is taking the local analogue inputs. Also the Card outputs are being routed from the Card inputs which makes no sense.

If you can explain what inputs you want to record and how you want the playback routing to work, we can fix it.

It would also help to know how you are using channels 31/32 (PC) and what Aux 1/2 are used for.

glenn eichenberger hi rex thanks for your quick reply Aux I was using to play back from the computer (logic) but now Im using 31 and 32 I can hear the stereo better for panning. Ive reversed the routing on the record setting INPUT is now on local and on CARDI have card selected, logic plays only when I set everything to stereo out and use the card AUX 1-2 otherwise I hear nothing. Also when I try to record with this setup I get now monitoring only on AUX but no signal in logic or in 31-32. What I want to do is ; select the track I want to record eg. track 20, adjust the gain so as to get a good level record it, output from logic is 31-32 and hear it back plus the rest of the mix ( all channels on logic are routed to 31.32 out) I hope you can understand my ramblings, thanks for your help

my TC BH 250 cautions to use a minimum 4 ohm load. What does that mean. Can use a crappy 16 Om cabinet but not my excellent old Fender 4x10 2ohm?

    Am I ok with a 8ohm 1 X 12?

      David Knighton Hello stanley gorczynski,
When it comes to impedance, the amplifier wants to see a minimum of 4 Ohms connected to the output. Anything below 4 Ohms and you risk shorting the amplifier outputs and frying your unit. An 8 Ohm cabinet or 16 Ohm cabinet should be just fine.

I purchased a Behringer ULG10 AIRPLAY wireless guitar system in April of 2020 and the transmitter seems to have stopped working. Is there anything you can do to help me? Thank you Mickey Dodds

Gregory Erba Useless. I bought a defective Turbosound IP3000 and it took over a month and multiple contacts, emails, video sent for Musictribe to give me a warranty repair order, and they made me take it to a place with a two-month backlog. Musictribe has HORRIBLE warranty service.

I purchased a Behringer UMC202HD about 2 years ago and have yet to actually record anything.  I am trying to get this working with a Windows-10 (fully updated) Dell laptop with an i5 processor and 4 GB of RAM, using the Traxion DAW software that was provided with the interface.  Unfortunately, the software was developed for Windows-7 and I cannot seem to get it to work properly.  I finally got it to bring mic or guitar input to the monitor speakers or headset, but it will not record on a track.  Adding to the problem, I have NO inexperience with recording tracks and every learning video I have seen assumes the viewer knows at least *something* coming in.  Are there any resources out there that can get me on a path to making simple multitrack recordings?  I have recently purchased a new laptop and plan to start "fresh" with it, since the Dell is not cooperating.  Perhaps a simpler DAW software package?  Any and all responses greatly appreciated.  Also, to simplify responses, I have extensive experience with computers, as a helpdesk tech, as well as a network administrator, so responders can approach that side of the question assuming that I am familiar with the equipment and terminology.

Rex Beckett Hello Clive. See if these notes are any help in getting the UMC202HD working: https://community.musictribe.com/discussions/77059/295372/testing-umc-404hd-with-windows-10-64bit

Watch out for Windows Mic Privacy settings. These affect all audio inputs - not just microphones.

You might find it easier to try recording with Audacity. It is not a fully featured multitrack DAW but it's free and easy to use. If you want more flexibility, Reaper works well and can be tested, free, for 60 days.

Clive Pickard Hi Rex, thanks for all of this info. My new laptop comes pre-loaded with Win-10, working in "S-mode", which can only accept apps or software from the Microsoft Store. They have something in a free app that may or may not work. If it doesn't, I can take it out of that mode in order to get software from other sources.

I am utterly disgusted with your company. It took over a month, endless emails, forums, and re-sending information I provided multiple times to multiple people, before I finally got Musictribe to get warranty service to me, and then you give me a service center that is backlogged for TWO MONTHS in Digitron Electronics. It should be noted that the folks at Digitron are as frustrated with your lack of communication as I am.

After making a VIDEO of the problem that you requested, you didn’t even get that right in the warranty repair you sent to Digitron. I personally drove TWO HOURS one way to deliver the unit, as I cannot afford to ship such a heavy unit anywhere.

You sent me a DEFECTIVE Turbosound Ip3000, and I have been OUT OF WORK as a solo musician who plays private engagements as a result, and now I find out it will be at least TWO MORE MONTHS before my unit is repaired, through NO FAULT OF MY OWN?!!!

You all out to be ashamed of yourselves. As far as I’m concerned, you should have sent a new unit to me altogether. Your lack of quality control & customer service has been DEVASTATING to me professionally. I am out well over $1,000 in the defective unit, and way beyond that in the lost wages of cancelled gigs as a result of your incompetence.

I will be making a point to let as many of my colleagues in the greater Los Angeles area know how I’ve been disregarded by Musictribe, as well as on your forums. I have all the documentation. Shame on you.

                -Beyond disappointed. Devastated.

I have an ip1000 that I gig out with every other week. The last 2 weeks, after about an hour of playing the sound slowly started to go out. After another 30 minutes it went out completely.

T C Helicon Voice Live Extreme3. After turning on the processor, I try to go to the "layers" like the instructions say.  That means pushing the "looper" button.

All I have is a red led light.  I can not get a blue or purple led light anymore.  Have I pushed something to stop the blue and purple lights from activating?

Or is the processor no longer working and if so, where do I send it for repair?

I am running music for a test (Hamilton) through my XR12 and I have my iPhone connected via lightning dongle>3.5mm>XLR input on CH4.  Its currently outputting though Aux send 1 and 2 into my Beheringer iNUKE NU1000 AMP into the AB inputs on the AMP then out to the Beheringer B212XL's.  The music sounds great but the vocals sound like in a tunnel.   What do I need to do to make it sound better?
