I have 3 broken knobs on my RH750. Are the replacements better?  How do I get replacements?

Hi all, is there any possibility to listen to the main output from the TAB which installed the console app, or connecting wireless headphones to the phone output (6mm)...

thought of pluggin bluetooth TX/RX unit to 6mm phone jack, not sure it's working or anyone tried before?

Nigel67 Hi thisarajeevana. Are you asking about the app that you use on a tablet/phone/computer. If so, then no audio is sent to these devices. It is only control data. The audio stays in the XR16. The meters that you see going up and down are only a digital representation of what is happening in the unit.

If you are asking if you can connect wireless/BT headphones to either the XLR outputs or headphone outputs on the XR16, then that shouldn't be a problem. You just need to find a wireless/BT transmitter that you can connect to those outputs and obviously a pair of headphones that you can connect wirelessly to the transmitter. I wouldn't put the transmitter right next to the XR16 just in case it induces noise into the unit. It probably won't, but something to be aware of.

RobbyWingfield Hi Zergei, this is Robby with Music Tribe, please make sure you have installed the UMC Driver available here under "Software". Make sure you have set your UMC202HD as your primary input and output device in Windows and your DAW and that you have "Exclusive Mode" for it unchecked in your Windows audio settings. If you're still having trouble, please submit a Support ticket at the link above and we can give you more individualized help. Please make sure you include your computer specifications and your OS with your submission, thanks!

    Dear users

I am loving my Harmony V60 and can recommend anyone who wants a clean acoustic sound and amazing vocals. I am here for some help regarding the use of sending the Audio signal of the Mic and Guitar to the PA.

When I connect the XLR cables to the back of V60 to connect it to the PA system to send the sound to the audience, the V60 goes itself mute. My idea is to use the V60 on stage as a personal monitor and still send the sound to the audience over the PA.

What am I doing wrong? Your help will be much appriciated.

    Thanks

    Shary

RobbyWingfield Hi Shary, this is Robby with Music Tribe. The XLR main outs should not be muting the built-in speaker. Are you also plugging in headphones when you plug in the XLR outs? That will bypass the speaker. If you are only plugging in XLR outs and your speaker is being bypassed when doing so, would you please submit a Tech Support case at the link above with a video of the behavior. It's best if you send the video as a link from Google Drive or Dropbox. Thank you!

    Hi,

I can't get any expression pedals to work anymore.  I was using an M-Audio pedal that seemed to sporadically work.  Now I can't get any to work.  I also used a SONICAKE Vexpress Passive Volume & Expression EXP Pedal to no avail.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong or missed a config setting?  I've calibrated quite a few times, but nothing.

RobbyWingfield Hi Jbogusz, this is Robby with Music Tribe. It sounds like you are using your Plethora X5 correctly but just to make sure could you please follow these steps to calibrate your expression pedal. If you're still have trouble with your unit please submit a support ticket at the Support link above. If you could submit a video of the issue with your case that would help!

The Plethora X5 is unique in that it doesn’t matter what impedance the expression pedal is. As long as you’re using a stereo cable, all you need to do is calibrate it, and the Plethora X5 will detect the pedal’s impedance.

Flip the left switch to EDIT, then use the EFFECT encoder to scroll down to Settings.
Select Global, then select EXP CALIBRATION.
Choose either Automatic or Manual, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration.

Nigel67 Hi tinamorris. Just to confirm your settings, as default the headphone outputs are set up for the monitor outputs. The monitor routing can be set up in the In/Out page and then the Main Out tab. You are then able to select the Main or Phones outputs to be the Monitor outs. Once you have set up where the outputs are coming from, you need to go into the Setup page and the Monitor tab. As default the Monitor Source is set up as LR AFL, so whatever is coming out of the Main outputs, you should also hear on the Monitor outputs. The Solo's are set to PFL, so if you Solo an input channel, you should hear that input channels audio on your Monitor outputs and bringing the input fader down should not affect the audio output. Also, on the Monitor page, make sure that the Monitor Level gain is still set to unity. If you are still getting no output from the output assigned to Monitors, please send in a Technical Support ticket and we will be able to help further. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit a ticket. Many thanks

The Toneprint App gives you the option of marking any Toneprint you like for a specific pedal as a favorite.  The issue is, if you go back and look at the favorites you marked for the different types of pedals you have, you are presented with a long list of items which appear to be default sorted based on the Toneprint name rather than, say, the pedal type (e.g. chorus, delay, etc.).

So, for example, if you just want to look at ONLY your Hall of Fame Reverb favorites, you cannot do so.  Rather, all of your reverb favorites are lumped in with your chorus, tremolo, and delay favorites, and unless you remember the specific favorite name, you'll have to wade through the list of ALL of your favorites until you find the one you want.

Suggested Toneprint App enhancement: Allow for the sorting/filtering of toneprint favorites based on pedal type.  Query example: show me all of my delay favorites; show me all of my chorus favorites, and so on.
