    Does Tannoy make a speaker like the CVS8 but the back can is shorter like 5 inches or less to fit into tight cielings?

      borealrepose I am looking for a manual for Stirling SE speakers but am unable to find it on your website. Am I missing the locatoin or is it simply not there. In the latter case, are you able to tell me where to find a PDF of the manual. Thank you.

      DavidKnighton Hello LapinsG92. Tannoy has a small range of what is called "Low Profile" install speakers. These are intended for buildings that don't have much depth for installation.     Why does literally every drawing of every product 2D/3D/Bim lead to a dead link on your website?

    It has been like this for weeks. Unfortunately my patience has run out with Tannoy brand under Music Tribe, it's a shadow of its former self. Too many choices out there who have the customers best interests at heart. Though you relentlessly beat on about customer obsession, nothing could be further from the truth.

      DavidKnighton Hi F570FILMS. You'll need to submit a request for service using the SUPPORT tab at the top of the page. Be sure to include your shipping address. Water damage will not be covered under warranty, so you'll likely incur a fee to get them repaires.

    Hi.

     

    I have recently picked up a pair of used reveal 8D monitors, but I can't get any sound out of them whatsoever. Both units are getting power (red LED at the rear and green LED at the front). However, absolutely nothing comes out of either speaker. Even if I disconnect the Jack from the rear there is no crackling ar anything. I am using audio inputs (1/4" jacks), and I have the slide switch set to audio (as opposed to digital). Am I being comletely dumb and failing to do something, or do these units have known faults?

      Jonno Hi Nic. At present I don't really have a setup as I have just bought the monitors and have only just started to put together a home studio. I was simply using my iPhone with a splitter cable to split the stereo 3.5mm audio jack output of the phone to two mono 6.35mm jack plugs.

Our teams are working on resolving this issue but at this time all we can do is apologize and ask for your patience.
