    I have Tannoy Kensington SE. Is there any upgrade kit for tannoy or what can I do for better sound.

    Hi -- I raised a support ticket CAS-107908-P8Q1S2 nearly two weeks ago but have had no response, so I am posting here in case this ticket has been missed somehow. There is a small tear in the rubber surround on the bass driver of one of my Tannoy XT8F speakers. I would like to obtain the necessary replacement parts to deal with this (e.g. a replacement rubber surround, a reconing kit, or even a replacement driver if the latter are available). If someone is able to help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. Many thanks!

        Cédric Pereira Hi Virn I already took "tichet" to portal (parts inquiry case n° CAS-104747-V1C3J5 CRM : 0120000029378 for explain my problem. Respon is that i mustmake all request to online community portal. I make request to community portal and you say me that i can take ticket to care portal. For information Care Protal on your website is down (page not found). That made now, 3 weeks that that I am trying to have a tannoy technical service person for my loudspeaker problems. It's been almost 20 years that i'm Tannoy owner and i had lot of model of the brand. It's first time that i need help and today, it's impossible. Is it possible to have personn who contact me by email. It'll be more easy. Regards

    I still have my old Tannoy SRM-12B and they still sound better than most anything on the market. I have one speaker making a rubbing sound audible only at low level listening. I am wondering if there are still replacement parts for these speakers.

        I recently purchsed used 800a monitors (with matching sub) and they had some of the best imaging ever heard, but they did not last long. The Right speaker was dead in the water, when I opened it up, the LM317/LM337 transisters looked fried, so I replaced them. In the process the board started to delaminate in around the holes. I just used jumber wires to what I thought were obvious places, but now I have sound but its only static. 

         I would like to replace the amp with original on the one monitor or use a similar active amp to replace both speakers. I assume I would just have to match the crossover network before it splits to the amps. I really want to use these monitors again because I just got them last month. Can some please guide me a bit?

    I just bught the Tannoy Gold 7 monitors, when I turn them on (even without any cable connected to the audio inputs) there is a radio signal noise coming from both of the monitors, anybody experienced this?, (I's loud enough to recognize the songs!!!)  thanks!!!

  • Hello. My Tannoy wireless headphones do not work together, it works either right or left.

    I tried all possible connection options. How to make the headphones work correctly?

      Hope you are well.


      If you have not already done so please try conducting a factory reset on the device, the below steps will guide you through this:


       



      1. Put the LIFE BUDS in the charging case,

      2. Press LIFE BUD to charging status (red LED on)

      3. Double-press the MFB button,

      4. The LIFE BUD reset successfully after blue LED flashes 5 times, then do the same for the other one.

      5. If reset is successful and both earbuds flash" red and blue", it means they are in pairing mode. Both earbuds will search automatically and then pair themselves.  After they are paired, only the master earbud (Right) will flash red and blue, and the other earbud flashes blue slowly. After the right earbud is connected to the mobile phone, both earbuds will have sound.


      If upon doing this it does not resolve the issue please submit a support ticket for further assistance.

When we removed these from one of our spaces the power supplies were left behind. I have reached out to spare parts tickets, the customer service portal and anywhere I can try to get ahold of people but have had no luck. trying here...

      Hello Vincent, welcome to the community.


       


      The Care ticket is currently the only way to request technical support, service and spare parts from any of the Music Tribe companies. Did you get Care tickets raised? You should be able to see them through the Care Portal. Some people have missed responses because the emails were routed into their spam folders. 


       


      If you tell us the Care ticket numbers, we can get someone to check into them for you.
