Hi, I'm looking for a TS10 subwoofer circuit board. If it is discounted, is there something else I can use? I was told the TS801 fits the TS10. Is this correct. If so, can you get me a price for this.

    thanks Michael

I just purchased the Tannoy Turnberry's and the wax can has a hole in the lid.

    Is this normal?

Nigel67 Hi Mgrenwic. I have learnt something new today as well :). Yes, there is meant to be a hole in the lid. Its there to let out wax fumes so there is not a build up inside the tin.

Does anyone know about getting the drivers 'rejuvenated' ? I have some cone rub sounds in one speaker. I love them and want to make them sound like new again. Any advice?

Nigel67 Hi BarredOwl. in which Country do you reside? The only company that I know who recone speakers or who may have replacement drivers are in the UK and are Lockwood Audio - http://www.lockwoodaudio.co.uk/tannoy.htm. There is also a ebay seller who goes by the name of MainlyTannoy, but I think he only sells spares, but it may be worth looking him up in case he knows of anyone else around the world who can re-cone / rejuvinate speakers. Finally, there is a website that has masses of information on old Tannoy loudspeakers, but they also have a forum that you could join and ask the question there. https://www.hilberink.nl/speaker.htm. Sorry, one more place you could ask is on the various Tannoy Facebook sites such as this one https://www.facebook.com/groups/1833478533338036, but there are various others with passionate members around the world as well if you search for Tannoy. Hope this helps

I bought used pairof Tannoy Reveal 402. Everythink is okay, but i hear loud "hiss" sound.
What can i do in this situation? Is this possible to eliminate noise sound?

This sound appears when i just switch on monitors. I do not plug anything, just switch on.

    Best Regards

Dale_M Hi there, it would be best to do the obvious things first like trying different cables or a different audio source/set-up to see if the problem stays with the speakers or stays at your equipment.

Nigel67 Hi Unpustan. Please contact our Spares team and they will be able to help you further. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Spare Parts tab and submit a ticket. I would also check your amp , wiring, etc, as it seems a little unusual that both tweeters would have failed at exactly the same time. You can never say never, but it is highly unusual. Many thanks

Hi, while i was applying wax on the cabinets i have accidentally spread some of it on the driver cone near the edge resulting a stain aprox. 2sq/cm in size.
Is there a way to clean it or remove it without damaging the cone?
    Thank you in advance.

My Tannoy Di5a selfpowered loudspeaker, has a constant pop corn noise, and the blue LED on the rear side flashes with the same frequency as the noise. What can be done to fix this issue?

Nigel67 Hi Audioexperts. Many apologies for your question not being replied to previously. Your speaker will need to be sent to a local service centre for repair. To be able to proceed, we will require you to send us a Service ticket please. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with an RMA number and advise the local service centre to you. Many thanks, and again, apologies for no-one getting back to you previously

I have a hotel ballroom/convention space audio upgrade project that has CMS 12 TDC speakers with TEQ 1200-150 enclosures. About 1/3 of the speakers in the ballroom (20 out of 60) have failed and are needing to be replaced. Would the CMS 1201 DCT speaker be compatible for use with the existing enclosure? The speakers dimensionally look identical where the mounting screw holes would match up with the enclosure.

    Thank you,
